I went into store today with my partner and danii was excellent. You don’t get service like that everywhere - they spent the time to explain different types of tea, where the tea came from, why bird and blend was so special (because you specialise in blends!) their favourite tea and others in store, about the event nights and how we could take part, the different tea that is local to each store (Brighton rock) asked if we wanted tea to takeaway from the store and more. I’m a fellow store manager and I was blown away by the service and I genuinely felt inspired by the level of service and the information I received - what an amazing brand.
Everyone in the shop was lovely and we ended up going for butter mint tea - I will be back.
