Washing machine has been faulty since I purchased in August 25 with it continually failing to drain the water. Constantly fobbed off. Washing machine then in December stopped draining all together and started to smoke. Engineers cancelled on us 3 times and engineers eventually turned up completely disinterested and spent a couple of minutes fiddling with the settings of the machine - didn't even inspect the machine and said need new drum. Got a message next day to say drum was in stock and arrange engineer appointment. This was done and since then all I've had is 8 cancelled engineer appointments all given for no reason. I have been without a washing machine for over 2 months and spent a fortune in both money and time at laundrettes especially having a toddler and a 4 month old baby and fact the wife and I work full time and have to wear uniform to work. Every time I phone the call centre the bot does Everything it can to get you to hang up and if its not successful it very often hangs the phone up for you. They don't want to talk to you on the phone. No accountability. Awful customer service. I have since gone back to retailer and they have immediately replaced my machine and I have paid extra and gone for Bosch at least i know I can trust them.
