Marie was very helpful when I was looking for a new mattress. I already had a good idea as to which one I wanted but she helped me ensure I was happy with that choice and helped me try different pillows to go with my purchase.
She was also very patient and understanding when it came to scheduling the delivery to fit in with my needs.
The two guys who delivered the mattress were very polite and professional, removing their shoes without needing to be asked, so as to avoid damage to the new carpet I had just had fitted (also by Lucas) a few days earlier.

Their delivery driver, Chris, was very friendly and helpful and we had everything unloaded and the inventory checked off in half an hour.
