Great experience with Premium credit. They got me back on the road with a car and the application was quick and easy. I even got to charge my payment date. Had a call from them about an issue and they where really helpful and understanding.

Really don’t understand this website. It was very confusing! I comes across as a saving account that is locked and you pay £2.99 a month or more with bolt ons? The layout was confusing and the information didn’t help at all. All I know is I’ve paid just under £10 to get £20 out. I closed my account and still don’t know why they have taken money from me.

Great customer service from Alex. Someone is always there to assist you with any questions or issues you may have. Always answer your message super quickly. Gave me great advice on keeping my phone where it doesn’t move as have issues with movement over potholes which actually show as your driving is not so good so make sure your phone is secure with the tracking app.
