They sent me a defect stabilizer
They sent me a defect stabilizer, which i then tried to fix myself by modifying slightly. They couldnt send me a replacement since i altered the product - fair enough. I then ordered a new single stabilizer (with horrendous shipping fees) which sadly got lost by the parcel service. I got in touch with keygem and they said they would get in touch with the parcel company. Nothing since. Not even an answer on me checking back after a month has passed. They will let you sit and wait. Not even trying to come your way or send a replacement immediately. And we are talking about 1 single stabilizer here. Other companies wouldve sent a replacement immediately. Theres no way i am ordering a third time and paying 5€ to ship a single small piece of plastic.
So never again, Keygem.
