A truly awful experience

A truly awful experience with Axa failing in my view to honour their policy conditions again and again and again.
After numerous complaints direct to them and via the Financial Ombudsman they required to pay me some £900.00 nine hundred pounds in fines as a result of their numerous errors.For about a year starting in October 2024.
More than that be aware when you make a complaint about them to the Ombudsman they are obliged to pay the Ombudsman a fee of £650.00 six hundred and fifty pounds each time so get complaining if you have a valid complaint.

Pretty Awful

I have neen trying to get progress on a return of 6 credits, worth about £12, and have written to Bark 4 times in the past week or so without material progress,which only confirms my previous comments that they are difficult to deal with even when they are clearly in the wrong.
Bark gave me the wrong leads name, they gave me the wrong/incomplete contact number and the wrong email address but they are still going round the houses not processing my claim for a return of the wasted credits I paid them.

I am an entertainer looking for leads thru this organisation, Bark.com
7 years ago they were excellent but for years now they have in my view been truly awful in failing to supply valid leads at a reasonable price
In the old days they sold leads at 3 credits each costing just over £1.00 each credit ie about £3 for a lead - at that time I would probably get bookings in at least 7/8 out of say 20 leads I pursued.
Now the price of leads is approximately £12 a lead ( ie 6 credits per lead where the price per lead has also doubled to about £2.00 each).
In what other area has the cost gone up to 4 times the original price?
Worse, much worse, is the quality of leads where for example I now regulary get only one or even no bookings after pursuing 15-20 leads at a tremendous cost and a great waste of my time.
In addition the leads supplied regularly contain incorrect information or supposed leads where supposed customers simply do not answer the phone at all - I would say this happens about 50% of the time.
Attempts to get a return of money/credits where poor info is supplied by Barkare made as difficult as possible by Bark in many cases.
I would now suggest avoiding this company if you are looking for leads as I was.

In short I would not recommend this organisation to anyone looking for work of any kind.
