Terrible Service
I sent my Rolex watch to Luxury Watch Repairs in early August 2025 and the estimate for a service and winder repair was £698.40. I paid that on 27th August and still have not had the watch returned.
I have tried many times to get an update but they do not respond to emails, telephone calls or any other form of communication.
The watch was purchased by my father in 1998 and is a treasured memory and I would really like it returned.
It feels like it has been stolen or lost.
The company went into administration in November and now has new owners but this has not been communicated to existing clients.
This lack of customer service is so poor and my next step will be to start legal proceedings.
I used this company a few years ago and they were very good to deal with but currently they are terrible and I would not recommend anyone to use them.
