Disbelieved, poor customer service
Ordered three items, to which only one was delivered. I rung customer services, who stated they had carried out an investigation and determined that all items were delivered. I told them the bag used could not have fit 3 items in, however I have been made out to be a liar. Will never use again, nor would I recommend to anyone.

It is never our intention to direct blame or accuse our customers of lying, and we hope you can appreciate that we must carry out due diligence and properly investigate these matters. Now that the courier has accepted liability for these missing items, due to the parcel being damaged, we have been able to arrange a replacement.
