Will not use again
I purchased from Big On Electricals having seen what I needed at a competitive price and crucially with next day delivery (which I paid for).
Unfortunately the item did not arrive next day, or the next day, but after three days.
I contacted customer services to let them know about the very slow delivery and to ask for a refund of the next day delivery service that I paid for, which wasn't fulfilled.
Unfortunately their reply was poor. They denied responsibility, fobbing it off as a courier problem and saying that next day wasn't guaranteed.
I replied pointing out that my contract was with Big On Electricals, not the courier. I asked them to reconsider my refund request.
Their reply was then even more dismissive, stating they had no liability.
So sadly I have turned to Trust Pilot to share my poor experience with Big On Electricals.
I will certainly not consider purchasing from them again, in part due to the poor delivery speed and secondly due to their poor customer service response.
I do fund it surprising that Big On Electricals would be so desperate to retain the delivery cost I paid (£4.90), rather than retain me as a customer.
So, sadly I cannot recommend Big On Electricals.
