Messed up wool pants
They messed up my wool pants with impossible to clear crease. I complained about it and they only offered half of what I paid for those pants as credits. I told them I didn’t need the credits and only wanted my pants to be not creased. They took them back but the pants came back even more creased. They had to take it back a second time. But it has been a week and there has been no updates at all. I will NOT be using them again
