Very poor experience with Evri. My parcel was delayed with no clear updates, and the tracking information was vague and unhelpful. It was difficult to get any proper customer service response, and when the parcel finally arrived, the packaging was damaged.

Overall, the delivery was slow, communication was poor, and the whole process was frustrating. I would avoid using Evri if possible.

I tried 4 Star Prep Kitchen for a month and overall had a fairly good experience. The ordering process is simple, the website is easy to use, and delivery was always reliable and convenient, which made it really helpful during busy weeks.

However, the main downside for me was the food itself. The meals are well prepared and packaged, but a lot of them lacked flavour and felt a bit bland. I was hoping for more seasoning and variety in taste.

Overall, it’s a convenient service and works well if you want easy meal prep without cooking, but the food could definitely be improved in terms of flavour. I’d give it 4 stars mainly for the convenience and service.
