Terrible customer service, avoid and use simmer. Better food and customer service.
Put subscription on hold for a week and it said food would arrive the following week, with a clear arrival date. Sadly I didn’t screenshot this. Overall, food arrived on the week I had paused. This now won’t get eaten and I was charged for it. No response or attempt to move the order to the following week as should’ve been done from their customer service team. Shocking.
