Terrible customer service, avoid and use simmer. Better food and customer service.

Put subscription on hold for a week and it said food would arrive the following week, with a clear arrival date. Sadly I didn’t screenshot this. Overall, food arrived on the week I had paused. This now won’t get eaten and I was charged for it. No response or attempt to move the order to the following week as should’ve been done from their customer service team. Shocking.

Sorry to hear about your experience, we understand how frustrating that must have been.

As a weekly subscription, your delivery date is set based on the next available slot when your order processes, including when coming off a pause. That said, it’s clear something hasn’t worked as expected here.
