This company simply doesn’t deliver
Wow. What an atrocious experience I’ve just had with this company. I placed an order more than two weeks ago and still hasn’t arrived. I’ve given up and am going to use a company that can post items out to their customers. I won’t be using them again and I advise you to do the same

We’ve checked your order and can confirm it was placed on the 15th and delivered on the 17th, so it arrived within two days.
