Double standards
Took out insurance, didn’t get my black box for months & had to chase it whilst they kept threatening to cancel my insurance for not using the BB that they hadn’t sent! I had major surgery to remove three organs 30cm wound across my stomach, informed them couldn't drive due to surgery as they kept threatening to cancel my insurance for not using the BB (which I didn't even get for months) I informed them several times re surfery and that I legally need insurance on my car. And they still cancelled it and took £50 quid on top! Penalised for being unwell. Thanks for the understanding and the fact I wont be able to attend important medical appointments when able to drive again
