Getting through to you isn't easy for someone of my age....all the digital stuff is confusing but once I had someone to talk to all was well....Ronan arrived & was immediately friendly & helpful...he clearly knew exactly what had to be done & completed the installation of a new battery in very little time. I enjoyed meeting him & he was a credit to your organisation....thank you....M Mason
