Very bad customer service store no 454
Went to the lakeside Superdrug today and awful customer service from cashier there. I don’t have a physical card so she could search my member number via email. But no, SHE KNEW better and ofc I couldn’t get my points added. I’m aware I can have the points added by showing my receipt later - the point is her attitude and rolling her eyes at me.
