AVOID, DO NOT PAY £120 UPFRONT
I booked and paid in advance for a bidet installation, expecting a standard toilet bidet. The engineer identified the product was only suitable for sink installation but proceeded without contacting me.
Installing a bidet to a sink tap is clearly different from a toilet water supply, both in function and cost. I was charged £120 for a straightforward installation that does not meet the intended purpose.
The company declined any partial refund, despite this being avoidable with proper clarification.

Our engineer has confirmed that the bidet supplied was not suitable for installation on the toilet and could only be fitted to the sink. We understand this was explained to the person at the property at the time, and we were advised to proceed with the installation on that basis.
Having reviewed the job notes and call details, weâve not found any indication that a toilet installation was specifically requested in advance. Our engineer attended and completed the installation requested using the product supplied. Unfortunately, the item purchased is not compatible for toilet fitting, so weâre unable to return and install it there. If you would like us to attend again to fit a different, suitable product, weâd be happy to arrange this as a new chargeable visit.
We do appreciate your feedback and are sorry this experience did not meet your expectations.

Feel completely taken for a ride by this company. Paid £100 for assessment and then received a quote for over £4500 to reconfigure some mains pipes. The work would have taken less than 1 day to complete with approx 4 metres of new pipe work required. The company do not provide a breakdown of materials or labour costs when requested- no wonder! The plumber (Darren) explained the problem and what needed to be done. The work was completed to a high standard. Small mix-up between the Hot and Cold water taps at the end, hence 4 stars and not 5.

Absolutely rubbish, avoid
Our heating and hot water went down and we needed an urgent fix. 0800 sent a plumber who replaced the boiler, but despite several follow up visits this didnât fix the problem. The company then sent an engineer (âour top guyâ) who replaced the hot water tank as well.
When our regular plumber came to service the boiler he shut the boiler down immediately as the work done didnât meet gas safety standards. Nor had 0800 registered the work with Gas Safe, which is basic, standard industry practice.
0800 initially said they wouldnât do anything. Only after I got Gas Safe involved did 0800 agree to fix their sub standard and potentially dangerous work. This took multiple visits over three weeks. The first work still didnât meet safety standards and had to be redone. Over a year later we are still having to repair sub standard work at our own expense.
Despite the fact that the original work had been potentially dangerous and the huge disruption caused 0800 refused to pay any compensation.
Appalling experience.
