Polite, cheerful and quick. Sorted the issue promptly.

Ross was fantastic. Diagnosed the problem with the boiler quickly, and then repaired it. Left the place better than he found it.

I called 0800 Homefix out when we had an emergency leak. The plumber informed us it would be better for us to do a trace and assess and go through home insurance as it appeared all the wood under the bath was rotten. They then charged us over £1500 to pull the bath panel off and look under the bath. And then a further amount to fix the small leak. We were assured that we would be contacted by the company and their own making good team would come round to assess it and fix the bathroom floor etc. Despite multi call backs, we never heard back from anyone at all. We then called in other builders and plumbers to assess it for the home insurance claim to recoup our £1500, only to be told that the wood is fine. No further repairs necessary. To give them their due, I do understand that without first pulling of the bath side and letting the wood dry, it was hard to tell if the wood was rotten. But the company never followed up. And we've had to pay an extortionate bill for work that it turns out should have cost a few hundred pounds.

Really professional and high quality service which diagnosed issue with our heating quickly and thoroughly and gave us really clear options.

Our designated engineer Sean was courteous, respectful and identified and fixed the issue causing the leek within the hour.

Would use this company again.

Darren came today to change bath taps that were leaking. Very good job, polite, very tidy and some good advice to improve the water pressure in our house. The job was booked yesterday. Would recommend.

The Lady who handled the Admin was prompt in responding to my advert for the works needed & wasted no time booking in to get the work scheduled with the Plumber.
The Plumber (Dean) was superb both professionally & personally.

Very responsive team. Lee came round next day, fixed the problem, was very professional and informative.

I recently contacted 0800 Homefix to book a plumber after seeing on their website that they advertise “no call‑out charge.” However, before anyone attended my property, I was billed a call‑out fee.

I raised this with them and requested a refund, as the charge contradicted what was stated on their website, but the company declined to refund me.

Based on my experience, the information on their website did not match the charges applied, and I feel this could be misleading for customers. I would advise others to be wary when dealing with this company as they provide misleading information

Lee was on time. He was cheerful and explained everything clearly. Needed extra work done but convinced it was necessary.
There were problems with charging and Lee had to pass the process on to the office. I then had two separate calls from the office asking for payment!

As far as I can see a job done well.

Both Charlie and Jack arrived and were able to fix my leak within 15mins. Really appreciate it.

I reported problem of slow toilet drainage on Saturday, paid £120 for visit Monday. Phoned to check Monday afternoon, first told the engineer had just finished a job and would be on his way. Then told he could not come until Tuesday.
So I waited around on Monday for nothing.

Tuesday morning Sean did arrive promptly and cleared scale from pipe, did a good job.

We recently had Dean attend our flat to carry out a drainage investigation using CCTV, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. He arrived exactly on time, which immediately set a professional tone for the visit.
Dean conducted the inspection in a very thorough and methodical manner, clearly explaining what he was doing and what he was seeing. What stood out most was his honesty and integrity in assessing the situation. Rather than inventing unnecessary jobs or exaggerating potential problems, he gave a balanced, transparent view of what actually needed attention. This built a great deal of trust and confidence.
He also showed strong respect for our property, ensuring that the work area was kept tidy and that everything was properly cleaned up once the investigation was completed.
Overall, Dean demonstrated a high level of professionalism, technical competence, and customer focus. We would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone needing a reliable and straightforward drainage specialist.
In terms of the company’s pricing structure, I would recommend that customers make sure they fully understand what is included and what additional costs may arise before work begins. In our case, an investigation initially presented as starting from £120 ultimately cost around three times that amount.

So the drains were blocked outside with raw sewage an inch away from invading the garage. I got a quote and it was £60 cheaper than anyone else. No brainer. Dean travelled from hours away and within minutes had sorted the blockage out. 100% brilliant service and complete old school gentleman.

Darren and Charlie were fantastic. Very friendly and were able to give some great advice with their service.

Superb service rang Friday afternoon for a service and safety certificate that we needed and they came Saturday , the chap who came was extremely helpful and friendly and absolutely professional ,, highly recommend

Had a leaking downstairs heated towel rail. Contacted Home Fix who arranged a plumber to attend following day - surprised how quick there availability was. Dean the plumber allocated showed up - on time and provided an excellent service, very knowledgeable and a consummate professional in sorting and rectifying issue.
