Not much ro say as tho this is amazing place to find trusted places and businesses.

Amazing I got what I came for

What a bunch of scammers - you sign up for the FREE business listing - but to sign up, they want to take 1 GBP from a card to "prove" you are a real person. and they will refund you straight back. Fine, that was easy
What they don't tell you, is that they automatically convert you to their paid program, which is illegal, and they should be reported, and then they start helping themselves to your money.
Bunch of crooks. Their website is also useless. and they ignore all emails, and they refuse to refund the money they took illegally. All positive reviews are just paid reviews.

Hassle calling. They call me nearly every week to update our business details which we initially did. From there the same phone calls are made, and requests to stop them calling us don't make a difference.

No chance of changing anything online. Your listing is not available in your account.
Support is not responsive, and the phone charges are. Calls cost £2.43 per call and £2.43 per minute, plus your phone company's access charge.

Rude Lady named Jennifer Called and was asking me questions for “market research” I asked her several times what is this for and how does this benefit my business in anyway and went to go around the question saying “it’s to make my business more visible to more potential clients” but my question was how, what actions will be done and for what cost, I haven’t signed up for anything either so what’s the ourpose of this call. She clearly stated several times “I am not trying to sell you anything, this is only market research” so how exactly do you intend to “make my business more visible to more customers.” She couldn’t answer the question and was quick to jump straight back into quizzing me about my business. Once I asked her to elaborate on what actions will be done to make this “increased visibility” possible or her intention with the information I am yet to provide, she’s ended the call on me rudely. I’ve never heard of 118 directory but the way it was represented via the phone call was very bad.
