We always strive to provide the highest level of customer service and product quality. It is truly disappointing for us that we were unable to meet your expectations on this occasion.

Upon carefully reviewing your order, we found that the design file submitted was in image format. Unfortunately, image files are non-editable, which limits our ability to make the necessary adjustments to optimize the print resolution and ensure the stickers are produced with the sharpest possible quality.

For future orders, we kindly recommend submitting your design in a vector or editable file format. This will allow us to properly enhance the resolution and ensure a higher-quality print result. Additionally, we suggest adding a premium coating to improve the stickers’ durability and help prevent the print from fading over time.

Please do not hesitate to reach out to us with any questions or concerns. We would be more than happy to assist you and ensure that your next order meets your expectations and standards.
