The bearings that arrived did not match the part number we ordered or the technical specifications of the bearings we ordered.

Order got lost, 123 fixed it in a hurry!

I haven't tried the bearings yet. But I have bought and used them from 123 before and they worked fine. What impressed me was that my order got lost in shipping. I contacted 123 about it, they checked it out. Then ask me if I wanted a refund or the bearings. I said bearings and they arrived in 2 days. Thank You. Joe

Det är svårt att välja språk

Det är svårt att välja språk ! Lyckas man välja engelska, så byts språket till franska rätt som det är! Jag fick en länk till portokostnader, men tyvärr bara på franska !
Franska är inte något världsspråk längre, så håll er till engelska! Det är samma problem med alla franska leverantörer. Skärp er, så behöver inte kunderna bli arga varje gång de beställer något. Ser fram emot en förändring ! Andra länder kan, men inte Frankrike ! Det finns många lager i listorna på hemsidan. Det är bra, men när man skall beställa har de utgått eller så är de slut .

Vi förstår din frustration, men trots det nämner du inte din beställningsupplevelse, som verkar ha gått bra. Vi är ett franskt företag med säte i Frankrike. Även om det är frustrerande och du säger att vi inte anpassar oss, har vi sedan starten öppnat flera domäner på vår webbplats, vilket visar att vi kan anpassa oss till fler och fler geografiska områden. (Senast Polen.) Eftersom ditt konto skapades från webbplatsen med domänen .us borde du ha fått en betalningslänk på engelska, eftersom vårt system anpassar sig till kundens språk eller åtminstone ett språk som kunden förstår. Det kan dock uppstå tekniska problem, vilket vi ber om ursäkt för och fortfarande arbetar med att lösa. Vi hoppas dock att din beställning trots detta har gått utan problem och att detta inte kommer att hindra dig från att göra nya beställningar.

Prompt turnaround time

I appreciate the prompt turnaround time for this order. With my previous vendor, it would take 4-6 weeks from initiating the order to receiving it. Here, it takes less than seven days.

Bulk motorcycle bearings

Instead of buying bearing kits for specific motorcycle hubs, using 123bearing.com allows me to order 10 bearing changes for the price of 1 kit for the motorcycle specific stuff. Same bearings as the kit, or better. Takes a bit of research to ensure you're ordering the right sizes and types, but once that is figured, ordering is easy.
