Disappointed with the service
Disappointed with the service. I ordered some seals, the website said 2-3 days delivery. One week after the email to say my order has shipped. I contacted the company and they said they are using a new service and it’s 10 working days delivery now. I would have bought elsewhere if I had know this and their website had been truthful.

Hidden import fees
Does not disclose that the product is coming from outside the United States. Ended up paying $50 for a $2.50 part after non-disclosed regulatory charges and duty tax processing. Will not buy again.
Since they are calling me a liar, let me clarify that I also got a separate bill from DHL for $18.92 in import fees.

We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations.
However, we would like to clarify a few points. The shipping cost for your order was $27.62. Adding the price of the part ($2.50), the total amount paid to our company was $30.12, not $50.
Regarding customs duties and customs clearance fees, these charges are imposed by the customs authorities and the shipping carrier according to the regulations of the destination country. They are not charged by our company and may vary depending on the shipment.
Finally, we do not hide the fact that our products are shipped from France. We operate websites in different countries to make ordering easier for our customers, allowing them to place orders in their own language and avoid the cost of making an international phone call.
We regret that this situation led to your disappointment and remain at your disposal should you wish to discuss it further.

Finding the correct bearings was easier than other websites that I had previously looked at. The cost and the recommended delivery dates were good. The best part that it arrived early which I appreciated as it was needed urgently.
