No one tells you that they are shipping…
No one tells you that they are shipping from overseas and that the tariffs and fees are 150% of shipping fees. $27 to ship a $20 order that has tariffs and fees of $37. There should be a notification at checkout.

Your parcel was also delayed because it was held up at customs for a while.

Good experience with a caveat.
The price was good. The ordering process was good. The bearing quality was excellent. The shipping time was excellent. The only hiccup was the tariff. It would have been helpful on the website to remind U.S. customers about current tariffs on products from the EU.

I would like to provide some clarity regarding our operations and these charges:
While we provide a New York phone line and display prices in USD for the convenience of our American customers, we are a French company with workshops located in France.
This structure is designed to help you avoid international transaction fees from your bank and high-cost overseas calls.
On our website, we transparently display all known costs, including the item price, sales tax, and shipping fees.
Unlike standard sales tax, import duties are charged directly by the US Government. These fees are highly volatile and unpredictable because they depend on the total value of the package and frequently changing trade regulations.
Given the current political climate and the rapid, often unpredictable changes in tariff policies, it is technically impossible for us to calculate or collect these taxes at checkout.
When purchasing goods from outside the US, the recipient is considered the legal importer. Therefore, these duties are billed directly to you by the carrier on behalf of the government; we do not collect a single cent of that amount.
Our intention is never to mislead our customers. We understand these details can be easy to miss during a quick purchase, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our transparency.

Better Service than OEM
I had ordered the parts from my oem manufacturer, and after a month of waiting and nothing coming in, I decided to order the parts through 123bearing.com. The parts came from Europe in a matter of a few days and the parts were less expensive. I called the oem company and canceled my order. Thanks for the speedy service and ease to order what I needed.
