The product itself is amazing but Since changing to spray top there have been many problems. The nozzle clogs almost immediately and having to change to the syringe method makes it less user friendly.... もっず芋る

I lost 18 kilo in 2019 and really


I lost 18 kilo in 2019 and really enjoyed the journey including support provided by the team.
I have put back on 7 kilo and now doing a second journey and again enjoying my experience (1 week into).
If I can give some advice drink lots and lots of water and stick to basic meals.

We both love this program

My husband and I had great success on this diet the first time we used it (30kgs and 15kgs respectively) and have started it again after gradually putting on 5kgs each over the ensuing 3 years. Must do: drink 2-3 lt water daily and monitor bowel movements. Otherwise all good and easy!
