The product itself is amazing but Since changing to spray top there have been many problems. The nozzle clogs almost immediately and having to change to the syringe method makes it less user friendly.... もっず芋る

This program has been a blessing

This program has been a blessing. I've tried many different weight loss programs with little to no results as I've always had a fairly clean diet to begin with. The support & encouragement is exceptional and there are so many great idea for recipes to keep it interesting. Definitely worth a try.

I’m loving my 123 diet we are


I’m loving my 123 diet we are travelling around Australia and a bit hard on the road and I have a fluid problem in my legs so I can’t weigh myself but I can notice it on my waistline a dietitian told me that every cm around bellybutton you loose is roughly 1 kg I’m loving it

This diet is the real deal

This diet is the real deal. I lost 7kg in 5weeks....seriously! I am now half way to my goal. There is so much online support available and heaps of recipie ideas in the group to help you make something delicious!

Amazing diet

Amazing diet!

I have never thought the day will come to see my weight on the scale change. To be honest, at the start I did not expect this diet will work for me and even I wouldn't be able to change my eating habits and stick to the given list. But IT WORKED! I managed to lose 9 kg in 5 weeks. I am lighter, happier, and very energetic. This is the best decision I have ever made in my life. Also, the group support helped a lot and the staff's encouragement and continuous guidance can not be denied.

Great results

This product is very easy to follow and stick too also with great results. I went from 80.1kilos to 61 kilos in 5 months.

Hi all. As I expected your program works well for me. I am loosing slowly but surely one day up 2 days down but always down. Measurements also down and I have more energy and are feeling great. Thank you so much 123 you are amazing.

It is the only diet that works for me!

It is the only diet that works for me. Had lost 17 kilos 10 years ago. only put weight on in the past 2 years and it was my fault. Change of life! Just started again 3 weeks ago. 7 kilos down! Won’t lie, it’s hard to do, but the only diet that works!
