Overpriced and terrible quality product.
Deducted £26 from the refund on my return
for a £85 dress. Avoid this company.

I ordered the Waverly Mulberry blouse and skirt set, specifically chosen for an important upcoming event because the rich mulberry pink shown on their website (and clearly described as “pink” in the item description)matched my outfit perfectly.

What arrived was significantly darker, more brownish red items that looked nothing like the advertised color!

When I complained, they blamed “lighting differences” and screen variations, which is unacceptable for false advertising. Instead of proper compensation like a partial refund, they offered only 15% off a future purchase—what if the next order is also wrong? I get another 15% off so I keep buying badly advertised clothes?! This dismissive response is insulting.

Their policy is return for refund only, but existing reviews warn of refund delays or denials. Avoid this company—they prioritize excuses over customer satisfaction. 1 star.

I returned the my order for a gift card to try a different size, but the second order also didn’t fit. When I returned it, they refused to refund the order to my bank card, insisting on a gift card. This is not mentioned anywhere in their returns policy.

The clothes were also extremely poor quality. Flimsy, thin material and look nothing like the images on the website. Customer service was appalling and utterly useless.

Do not buy from this company! I am down 84 euro for a product that I returned according to their policy.

Loved the dress!! So so pretty and comfy. Great fabric! Got many compliments. I ordered it on a Sat and received it on a friday so im very pleased! First time ordeing here but it looks like I will continue to order! <3

I bought the shell chocker with gold cross, I wore it several times and 1 day the cross fell off! My husband tried to fix it but didn’t want to cause anymore problems, so I emailed @ hello12thtribe, never heard back. I placed 3 orders 1 Jan 20 and the other Jan24, I emailed to cancel the 2 orders $650 I am not going to buy from a company that doesn’t stand behind their products!! Unfortunately this is the only problem I have had and I love their clothes!!!

Such bad quality

I purchased a flannel shirt on their website, which did not mention I would not be able to return it if anything had gone wrong. Well, everything is wrong. The cut of the shirt is awful, the fabric is very poor quality, the color doesn’t look like the website and there is no way I would even wear that shirt just to clean my house. It is so uncomfortable.

just became a victim of this company, and would like to emphasize to anyone else, save yourself, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!

First time customer and thought this was a legitimate company. I ordered 2 new years eve outfit ideas, 5 pieces total, quality is Amazon/shein grade but 2x the cost. Was horrified to find out that nothing I bought is eligible for a return .... Fml

That's not made clear in the checkout process and reading through the return Policy and it's confusing AF to know what qualifies for what and impossible to know if it's for a refund or credit.

Customer service was of no help either, so im going to try disputing with my credit card company.

They also hide 1 star and bad reviews on the website.

HORRIBLE quality and they hide bad reviews. I bought a western style belt that broke immediately upon wearing. It was a cheap plastic that they were selling for $94. I left a one star review for the terrible quality and the review was never posted. They only show positive reviews online.

Absolutely awful company!! Do not plan on buying gifts from this site as they do not honor returns or refunds if bought on sale which most Christmas purchases are done . And even sell prices are NOT cheap !
lol they give you the option to resale on Poshmark … what a joke !

Ordered “She's a Gem Silver Rhinestone Tank” - M (I’m 5’9” 145lbs and it fit a little shorter than I thought but absolutely LOVE it. Really good quality

Glad I only ordered 1 pullover from them. The color was not as pictured (deep rust) it was more like a light dusty mauve. Not flattering at all. After reading lots of bad reviews I’m glad I didn’t give them a second chance to disappoint me. Their return policy sounds like a nightmare too.

my order arrived the day after I ordered! I love 12th tribe. The website is easy to navigate which, I love. Makes shopping so much better.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! Horrible return policy for overpriced cheap clothes. Do. Not. Order. You have been warned. They also delete all comments if they are negative.

Be prepared to pay $10 PER ITEM for a return in addition to a $10 fee for returning the entire parcel.

I guess i have been lucky so far. I saw this company on my insta a year ago and decided to try ONE dress! Just to see what i received. I love the dress and i ordered 4 more. Quality…. Eh it’s pretty decent for the cost associated. I have paid 350-1000 for a piece of clothing and they will last as long as i need. I do agree with some of the other posts as these items are more “delicate “ i machine wash most of my clothes on gentle and hang dry anyway so that part doesn’t bother me. So far i really like my 12th Tribe purchases. I will order more and take it one order at a time. I do think they need to work on return policies as that can KILL any business if word gets around!!!! So lulus has an extra tag on their clothes on the side so it cannot be tucked away for those who wear and return! SMART!!!! But if you need a return and that tag is still on the clothing you will get a return or exchange quickly and fairly. Quality is also very good too:) prices better on some and the same on others! Hope this helps!😊
