I ordered a skirt my first time shopping with 12thTRIBE. I had to reach out twice - due to shipping/carrier issues and they were crazy helpful!! Customer service was at a level missing in many businesses lately and they responded quickly as well! My skirt arrived and I love it. Exactly as I’d hoped - as pictured. Will definitely order from them again!

I recently purchased the Barcelona White Button Up Romper from 12th Tribe. I absolutely love it! Fits perfect and I can’t wait to wear this all summer and on my upcoming vacation.

Awwwwfull!! Overpriced and lower quality. Returns’ processing is even worse. They make you wait like two months for your money and you’ll most likely have to call them and chase your money down at the two month mark.
Genuinely the best customer service I've experienced in years!
I accidentally ordered two (instead of one) final sale necklaces, and I was wowed when their customer service team refunded me right away for the unintentional item. (Brands are usually sticklers about final sale or correcting orders once they're placed.) Their customer service team is kind, personable, fair, and very prompt in their responses. Absolutely love this brand and will be shopping with them again every chance I get!
SCAM: Won't Refund!!
If you care about integrity in a company, I wouldn't shop here!! Over $300 worth of items were determined to be ineligible for returns due to their "condition", even though they were barely removed from the packaging. If you want to be able to receive a refund for items that don't fit you, I would find somewhere else to shop.

I bought two dresses from this company…
I bought two dresses from this company in February, 2 different sizes as I wasn't sure which size would fit me, even though I had read the sizing charts. I made sure to check their return policy which would give me 14 days to return the items if I was not satisfied. When they arrived I put one dress on and was shocked that it wasn't a dress, It fit like a top and my butt was completely exposed. I immediately repackaged the item and requested a refund for both items. I was sent the return labels and sent them off the next day. I had received all pertinent communication once it shipped, was received and what to expect next including my refund amount. I was surprised that it took 16 days to get any money back, but was more surprised when they only refunded me for one dress. I received a confirmation email that I was getting a refund for BOTH dresses and that it would take 12-16 business days to process, the amount I was getting for both as well, so was surprised that I only I got the one refund. I immediately sent an email inquiring on the other refund to which they replied the item was worn, something about a bent disk, finger prints or scratches on the silver, now considered damaged, etc. All I did was try the dress on once, nothing more. People try on clothes in dressing rooms at stores too. I put everything back the way I found it carefully. I responded with both emails for confirmations that my returns were accepted and that this was not acceptable. I have heard nothing back. I ended up looking them up at the BBB and found many complaints similar to mine. They are stealing my money and taking advantage of people by coming up with excuses to roll capital. Stay away.

I am blown away by how responsive this team is! I was placing my first order and I was unsure if the boots were true to size. I reached out for additional sizing info and their response made me feel very confident in my decision. The boots and skirt arrived in a timely manner and I am obsessed with them quality! Extremely Disappointed with 12th Tribe's Shipping and Customer Service
I am incredibly frustrated and disappointed with my recent experience with 12th Tribe. I was eagerly awaiting my order, only to be informed on the supposed delivery day that my package was "unable to be delivered." When I reached out to their shipping carrier, OnTrac, and 12th Tribe's customer service for an explanation, I was met with rudeness and a complete lack of assistance. Not only have they failed to resolve the issue, but they have also informed me that my package cannot be delivered until next week, leaving me without the clothing I ordered and $200 out of my pocket. This experience has been utterly unacceptable, and I would caution anyone considering a purchase from 12th Tribe to think twice before dealing with their terrible shipping carrier, unhelpful customer service team, and subpar clothing.

Excellent Customer Service/Quality Clothing
First and foremost, I love12th Tribe's clothing. I recently updated my wardrobe for my birthday and our Costa Rica trip. As many are aware (for those who shop 12th tribe especially), the sizing differs, and their sale items are always final sale. I've had the pleasure of speaking to the 12th tribe rep, Brenda, and she has been absolutely accommodating and extremely helpful. She assisted me with an order from Nov and Dec where I purchased items with a recommended size; however, the sizing was off on me. So, Brenda accommodated me and allowed me to exchange a sale item. More recently, I ordered a killer birthday outfit for Feb 17, and the scheduled delivery wasn't going to be at my house on time. Brenda went above and beyond and assisted me with a 2-day express delivery at a reasonable cost and is allowing me to return a sale item for store credit. I'm a very happy (returning) customer, not only for the clothing, but because of Brenda's excellent customer service.
