Easy to order, setup was simple.

1310 service is really superb!

Initially I am little skeptical about this because I used to OpenReach before with BT/Virigin etc, but in the new area, they offer OFNL, I was plenty of providers to choose from, not sure to whom I need to go with, but 1310 stand out as they provide fixed Ip, also their sales and support team is awesome, I simply mail them on Saturday, I didnt expect any reply, but to my surprise I got the call from 1310 on Saturday evening itself, all set on the same day, clarified my questions, really a nice team. Monday while activating, immediately service was up and running within 15 min. So far so good, except any maintenance at OFNL side that's beyond 1310's control, overall, I am happy.

Best value I've found but the customer service is what makes them amazing!

Support and reliability of 1310 is assuring and a delightful experience all along. Whole of the team including their leadership is very receptive to customer requirements. Would happily recommend for anyone.

Great company with no issue setting up service

Really pleased with 1310 - exceptional customer service - nothing was too much trouble .. Had an initial issue when we moved in - NOT 1310’s fault - previous owners had accidentally taken vital connection equipment.
New equipment was all organised by 1310 - ordered, delivered, installed and all up and running in no time.

Broadband It didn't take long to connect. And the staff were very polite and friendly. The broadband has improved.

Conversion from landline (at a considerable expense) to VOIP, and a substantially lower monthly cost - what's not to like? Thanks 1310

The broadband itself is the best I’ve ever come across it’s speed and reliability is far better than Virgin, Sky and BT (trust me I’ve had them all) and the cost is a lot cheaper for the speed you get and service you get.

After experiencing problems with our previous internet service provider, 1310 were recommended to us and after initially contacting them, our new service provided by them was up and running within 24 hours.

1310 very helpful resolving our terrible broadband speed from BT although installation took longer to organise, when done they were professional, polite and thorough. Helpful in switching from BT landline to1310 very pleased with service

Reliable fibre to the home (FTH) service over the last two years with no dropouts nor variability of service. Not the cheapest advertised service nor a symmetric service (ie where download speed = upload speed) but the only one that is actually available in my area currently (rather than “coming soon”). A decently priced package backed up by good customer service and reliability so happy to recommend.

It’s all positives from this company! They are a warm with a family friendly feeling company and by their own admission ran by geeks to provide the best service! From the first initial phone call fibre optic broadband was installed within a week, in an area where none of the other big brands could provide fibre optic broadband. The level of service was so personal, I spoke to Matt on day one and he was the one who came and installed the broadband and you wouldn’t even know he’d been there. He was so polite and honest and clean and tidy and helpful! Honestly the service is brilliant and I finally have Fibre Optic Broadband again which so far I’m having no issues with! Would fully recommend these guys to anyone.

Update 20th December: absolutely no issues with the service provided! Constant great speeds and service provided and always great no drop out or issues! Still bang on!
