A casa de apostas retirou-me todo o tipo de bónus e reduziu as probabilidades das apostas.
Sempre que faço login as apostas diminuem o que é incompreensível.
Por exemplo, se a aposta no Barcelona é de 1,5 (antes de fazer o login), assim que fizer o login passará para 1,4.
A razão foi que tinha ganho apostas no último ano, isto é, eles não aceitam jogadores vencedores.
São iguais a todos os outros

Racconto la mia esperienza.
Mi iscrivo, deposito. Dopo 6 ore vengo bannato senza alcun motivo (non avevo fatto nemmeno mezza puntata). Puntate limitate a 2€ in croce. Non posso puntare su tantissimi match, per prelevare devo fare il rollover x5. Inizio a piazzare piccole bet, dopo 2 mesi, accedo nuovamente al conto, saldo completamente sparito. Ho chiesto spiegazioni all'assistenza, mi dicono che devo fare accertamenti, spiegazioni mai ricevute e soldi persi.

They cancelled my (winning) bet without any notification. Not a happy surprise when you log in to your account to withdraw your winnings... They did not present me any evidence that my bet was cancelled before the event started. I lost my confidence on that booker and advice you to stay away.

tinha colocado 114 reais ganhei algumas apostas e fique com 298 reais. No outro dia tentei realizar o saque porém foi rejeitado.Fui reclamar no chat do suporte e eles criaram um rollover de 5x o valor de depósito. Ou seja 114 x 5 = 570. Eu só poderia sacar quando eu fizesse 570 reais . Uma sacagem sem limite. Não apostem nessa casa a pior que já vi até hoje 2024.

After 3 months of waiting, finally got an email informing me my withdrawal was successful. Upgrade my review from 1 star to 3 star.

Evitatelo come la peste, Dopo 6/7 versamenti non si e' visto un bonus anzi su una slot dopo 600 giri ha messo un bonus che ha pagato 0,51 centesimi.
Io ho chiuso il mio conto e gli ho detto che non mi mandino neanche piu' email o li denuncio a chi di dovere e se vi devo dare un consiglio giocate altrove che questi casino' sono destinati a fallire poi fate come volete.

After depositing over €1700 at 18Bet and playing for over 2 months, I tried to withdraw the little over €1500 I had left in my account. However, after several days of waiting, they now rejected my withdrawal and suddenly removed €1300 from my account with the claim that I breached the "bonus manipulation" rules of an €80 bonus I received (despite me losing money while wagering the bonus and the bonus being nowhere near the €1300 they removed) over a month ago, which was wagered (at a massive loss) several weeks ago.

Their claim is that I dropped my "average bet size" by more than 75% , because I played one bet at €724 and then one at €40, which is not true since my average bet size at the time was <€80, so it was not even a 50% drop. On top of that, they claim that I placed 1 (lost) bet for €40 on the NHL with a soccer bonus (I am not sure how that is even possible).

However, that is not even the real issue. They further claim that my "balance has been restored to the balance that you had before claiming the bonus", which is simply not true, since my balance before claiming the bonus was €1382. Moreover, I had net losses of several hundred euros during the period where the €80 bonus was wagered, which is obviously very far from the €1300 in winnings that they suggest.

Overall, 18Bet just removed €1300 from my account with the claim that I "manipulated" an €80 bonus, despite the fact that I lost several hundred euros while wagering that bonus. I have no clue how they reached the €1300 amount or how that is supposed to make sense in any way whatsoever.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS CASINO

P.S. 18Bet did not raise any issues at all while the bonus was being wagered or in the weeks after the bonus had been wagered. It was not until I tried to withdraw my money from the account that they suddenly claimed that I "manipulated" their bonus when, in fact, I lost an amount much larger than the bonus while the bonus was being wagered.
