Boa tarde, abri uma conta na 18Bet, após o rollover pedi o saque de R$ 3280,00 no dia 29/05, me pediram vários documentos, mandei todos e minha conta foi verificada. Disseram que houve problema com a liberação do saque e pediram que eu trocasse o meio, pedi então pelo Skrill, alguns dias após eles bloquearam minha conta e desde então sequer respondem meus emails, não faço ideia do que aconteceu, preciso que a empresa libere meu saque e que me dê alguma explicação.

I keep getting the same error when trying to place a bet. The customer support says that it's because of changed odds and removed markets.

However I get the same error after placing 3-5 bets on the same match. They clearly try to limit me but don't want to admit it.

I really tried to show the customer support the screen shots etc. but he kept talking about changing odds. Even though I tried to make a bet doing halftime when the odds are as steady as they can be.

Not sure if I would recommend anybody to get stuck in a live betting situation where you are unable to be any more.

Wplacilem wtedy kase nabierajac sie na bonus , i niedlugo potem , grajac TYLKO przedmeczowe typy na duze ligi , doszlem do 20 000 pln , niedlugo potem zmieniona historia , wykasowane zaklady , i 150 pln na koncie , ktorych i tak nie moglem wyplacic . Oczywiscie brak kontaktu i tak dalej . Na zywo stawiac u nich nie stawialem , bo 30 sekund akceptacja , a do tego wszystko jak leci kopiuja z Bet365 lub Pinnacle ( przynajmniej tak bylo wtedy ) . Ladnie . Jesli oni sie do mnie zglosza , bo widze ze odpisuja na komentarze , to podam swoje dane , bo gralem na swoim koncie na swoje dane .

Edit 1 : dobrze , wyslijcie mi mejla gdzie moge podac swoje dane , bo publicznie nie chce , to oczywiscie ze podam , choc sprawa jest sprzed 5 lat .

Sito. Davvero truffa.. Ricarico 35euro.. Non prendo jessun bonus e gioco regolarmente.. Vinti 600euro ma nel. Prelievo cercano i documenti piu impossibili addirittura dicendo che lacarta d idendita con l. Indirizzo.. Valida tra l altro in tutta europa.. Non è un documento valido per confermare l indirizzo... Che truffatori.. Soldi quindi mai potuti prelevare e rigiocati.. Conto chiuso... A mai piu

Mi è stato assegnato un bonus di 50€ riesco a convertirlo in soldi reali. Dal saldo reale vinco 5000€. 8/06 faccio il prelievo. Ad oggi 15/06 li ritrovo sul conto gioco. Contatto assistenza via chat e mi dicono che probabilmente il sistema li ha rimessi perché passati 7 giorni. Nessuno che risponde alle mail. Per rompere con le richieste più assurde dei documenti ti scrivono subito quando è ora di pagare non si fanno più sentire e dalla chat ti scrivono la solita palla che dal dipartimento stanno lavorando e controllando la richiesta per non sbagliare. Aggiornerò la recensione se cambierà qualcosa. Ad oggi se potessi darei 0 stelle. Non ci si comporta così. Parliamo di 5000€ non di 50€. Schifo.

Be careful with them. I lost a few deposits with them And yesterday I won my first one. I deposited 50€ and won 137.50€. I tried to withdrawal And now they are saying I must rolllover 5 times all the deposits I did even the ones I lost! It’s crazy isn’t it? So They are asking to rollover 1253€ just because I won one time after 5 or 6 deposits!!! Be aware that even if the promotion says There’s no rollover associated with it And can be withdrawn immediately they will ask you to rollover 5 times THE VALUE OF ALL THE DEPOSITS YOU DID! That’s crazy isnt it?

Dear Team, That's nothing to do with the promotions...your terms and conditions says that every deposit must be rolled over 5x even for losted deposits so it makes almost impossible to withdrawal some money you can win. After some forth and back support told me I can withdrawal but with a 8% fee which is better than rollover. That's all I have to say. Rate Experience updated from 1 to 2.

Fiz 3 depositos totalizando R$3100,00 reais. Tentei fazer um saque de 3400 reais e já estou a 5 dias sendo enrolado pela casa para ser pago sempre alegando problemas tecnicos. Primeiro informaram que o pix tava com probelmas tecnicos, depois a neteller. Sempre dizem que vai ser resolvido no menor tempo possivel.

Detalhe que eu fiz uma descoberta que muitos provavelmente não perceberam. O chat ao vivo deles é respondido por uma I.A que se passar por ser humano. Não é uma pessoa de verdade quem você conversa. Arrisco dizer que os emails respondidos tb são gerados por I.A e até mesmo a resposta da casa nesse site provavelmente é uma resposta gerada por Inteligencia artificial. Fica o alerta! Atualizo se houver novidades

I have been asked to provide source of funds. I sent in documents and they were approved. However, afterwards they asked me to provide source of wealth, which is exacly the same thing. I will update this when I have recieved an answear, changing it to 5/5 if being approved, else i’m out of here… Those documents I sent has been approved by all other bookies.

So far 18Bet has been awsome so I hope this one will not chang everything.

Edit: So I have been sent email after email, open livechat dozen of times but they won’t simply give a f***ck so I have emailed asking to get my account closed. I no longer wish to be a customer here. I have proved my Source of Funds thinkin that would be enouge and I don’t want to comply Source of wealth now when I think about it since other players stating it’s a nightmare to complete.

Tutte le recensioni positive che vedete sono FALSE. Sito scam dove se Vinci è IMPOSSIBILE fare il prelievo, partono a chiederti i documenti più assurdo fino ad arrivare a dirti che hai manipolato qualche bonus e ti tolgono letteralmente i soldi dal conto. EVITATE

Allora ho fatto il primo deposito, ho accettato il "bonus di benvenuto", ho perso tutto. Faccio altre 2 ricariche, bene non so come sono arrivato alla cifra di 300 euro, ma siccome c erano 0.3 centesimi del bonus precedenti hanno detto che dovevo terminare il bonus ( sarei dovuto arrivare a 6.000 euro per poter prelevare). Ho chiesto una PEC ed il numero di partita iva, ma non mi è stato dato, forse perchè non la tengono?! . RAGAZZI NON GIOCATE SU QUESTO SITO TRUFFALDINO

I lost my first two deposits, but on my last deposit of 60 euros I won 700. I sent the necessary files for verification by email, which were approved 3 days ago. Update March 12th: they fixed the problem on March 10, after which I made a withdrawal request. I sent one more identification photo and the next day I received my money. I don't know, I feel that the bigger win was getting the money into my bank account. Hopefully the company will improve from this, but my own gambling is done.
