The shorts are exactly as marketed and when I planned to return a pair because I didn't like the color - they were exceptional with their service and arranging that. Great shorts - on and off the course.

Absolutely great customer service!! We had a small issue with the sizing at our end and the team @ 19th Lab Golf sorted it out straight away and with absolutely no issues or difficulties. Excellent service

I ordered 2 pairs of shorts and one of them stretched and did not return to its original condition on first wear. I tried to contact for refund or replacement under the 30 day money back policy, however I have not heard back and now my email address is not accepted.
Not happy and possibly a scam, however will never know if you don't get a chance to discuss...

I have since been contacted and the shorts are going to be replaced. Happy with the final outcome and the service in the end, however still to see it the product meets expectations with the new pair. The log in process had a bit of a glitch and now I have access.

Very comfortable shorts, ideal for summer, good selection of colours

My partner takes size 36 and i ordered xL they were to big.he used a belt and said they were comfy.label says 92 per cent polyester.8 percent spandex.he doesnt like wearing a belt to golf.he likes past his knees shorts and these were knee above .i asked about length he said something like my nobby knees.i said to please get over it and try them.delivery was not immediate but here comes xmas all good.

Ordered 2 X 34 inch shorts, received 36 " way too big.
Sent several emails for a refund, no replies....this is a scam business. That's why they don't use PayPal.
I am in the process of lodging a formal complaint to Office of Fair Trading Qld and that ACCC.

The shorts are incredibly short!
In the video it seems like they are knee length....but they are not!
Very disappointed. And bought three pairs. 😒

Shorts are exactly as described on the website. True to size fit, plenty of stretch, no chafing, comfortable and enough pockets.
I have worn them for a few rounds so far and am very impressed.

Update : Ok, besides the slow postage and pretty ordinary customer service, once they turned up they are pretty good shorts. Very comfortable and well designed. Ill give you a few more stars.

Order confirmed and tracking number sent a week later, but remains on pending 2 weeks later. Bombarded with spam for days after ordering. No reply to queries. Assume its a scam with a stack of AI positove endorsements.

I ordered a size 34” which on their size chart is a L. When it arrived their L was 36” and too big. They send they would send replacements and nothing has been sent so been waiting for just about 4 weeks for this product. Will keep trying to cont them but at their point I just want a refund! Very disappointed!!! Terrible service.

Shorts are ordinary at best.
Tried to return but was told that the returns were in USA. Asked for a refund and they offered 50% after negotiation.
No PayPal refunds either.
Stay away.

Yes to clarify your initial response was a credit of 30% so after negotiation I did accept a 50% refund. So yeah I was correct.

I originally bought the black pair of shorts, tried them on and immediately ordered the other colours except white. I've worn the black and light grey on the golf course and both are super comfortable. May be time I bought the white pair.

This company is amazing! Their products the best. Their customer service outstanding. I bought several pairs of shorts for my family and 2 pairs were too large. I emailed 19thlabgolf and got a response within 8 hours.
To my surprise they replaced the 2 pairs at no extra cost and let me keep the other 2 (to give to a friend). What a great outcome.Thanks Sarah. I’ll be buying more!!

I received an amazing 3 pairs of shorts, after a friend accidentally ordered them wrong satisfaction in error. The service was amazing and I will definitely be back for. Ire.

Honestly, these shorts surprised me. They fit perfectly, no bunching, no weird adjustments mid-swing, just super comfortable and flexible. The fabric feels premium but still lightweight, and they actually look good both on and off the course. I filmed all day in them and didn’t have that annoying heavy or sticky feeling you get with regular golf shorts. Definitely worth it if you want something that moves with you and doesn’t make you look like your dad on the course.

Don't buy name brand golf shorts. Basically, these are the same thing at a savings of like over half. They often run good deals. I don't golf as much as I used to, but I wanted a pair and have also worn them to a theme park and around the house... they are very comfortable because they move with you and have maximum stretching capability. Highly recommend.
