Please don't order anything on this app....they did fraud with me...I ordered medicine and they ask me to give more order of 200 rupees and they will give good discount to me..so I ordered dettol...they told me that with dettol my medicines charge will be reduced ...so I have order them after good discount....but they only delivered dettol with same price and also charged delivery fees....when i called customer support....they told me that they will do something...but nobody did anything... Fraud people's.

Hopeless online company. Taken money, then cancelled the order. Money not returned.

Be careful about this fraudulent online company. No customer care number. Never reply to mails.

I have received a wrong product and in spite of sharing the photographs and all the evidence it has been over one week I have been waiting for redressal of my complaint. Either a refund or a correct delivery of my order. Nothing has happened in spite of sending over seven emails. Shabby service , did not expect it from a tata company .

I ordered cod liver oil capsules, and I guess it is expired product because all capsules are sticky 😕

I had ordered a medicine from the Tata 1mg app almost 10 days ago, but it has still not been delivered. What is more disappointing is that there has been no proper update or clear information about the order status.

This kind of delay is unacceptable, especially when it comes to medicines. I expected a much more reliable and responsible service. Very poor experience and extremely disappointing service.

I had booked a home sample collection appointment for today between 9:00–10:00 AM, for which I strictly followed the fasting requirement.
The assigned collection executive contacted me and asked me to update my address, stating that although he has visited my society earlier, mentioning “Debari” instead of “Transport Nagar” would cause issues for him later as Debari is a large area. On his insistence, I immediately updated the address to Transport Nagar to avoid any inconvenience.
Despite this, the executive unilaterally marked the area as unserviceable, chose not to visit, and did not inform me at all. Instead, I later received a message stating that I had rescheduled the appointment, which is completely false.
When I contacted customer care, I was wrongly told that I had rescheduled the appointment myself, which I absolutely deny. I had done nothing of that sort and had already been fasting till 10:30 AM by then.
After multiple calls, my appointment was again rescheduled to 12:00–1:00 PM, and despite the inconvenience, I agreed and continued fasting for half the day, compromising my health.
To my utter shock and disbelief, I then received a call from your executive Mr. Ankit Kumar Damor, who informed me that he will only collect my sample if I come to his location, otherwise he will not proceed.

I ordered a knee braces for my mother. They took more than the usual time as indicated initially. The issue we faced is that they delivered a totally different product than what was ordered. It’s been several days since I raised this issue through their website Chatbot and shared requested details couple of times. Also, the same details have been shared over email two times but unfortunately I haven’t got any update and resolution to the issue. Initially I was promised that the issue will be resolved within 24-48 hours, however, it’s been nearly a week’s time but no update whatsoever till now. Pathetic experience, won’t recommend anyone to avail their platform.

It's a request to all that please do not order anything from this website. It's complete scam. Whenever you order something, you will get a different medicine and once you ask for return or refund, you will ghosted like anything. Please do not trust this one. If you really want to trouble yourself, you can order from this website.

TruWorst experience with the Tata 1mg app.

Stay healthy - is not suitable for this platform.

I placed an order for 3 quantities of a medicine, but when the delivery arrived, only 1 quantity was included. Despite the invoice clearly showing 3 items, before that 1st order was cancelled after waiting. For a medical app where timely and accurate delivery is critical, this level of negligence is unacceptable. I could have shared screenshots of the medical firm Fibax ,mohali - who done this, but this online review platform not allowing to share images.

Fraud , 1mg people can displace your blood sample then they will ask again for blood collection n giving bogus reason. If you will deny they will falsely send you the msg that fasting blood sample has collected at 2 PM.
And will provide you the report after 2 days.
The bogus collected blood of any bodies...

These people are playing with the life of many Innocent people , This is happened to me.
I will never recommend to anybody, for money they can go with false report either your medical condition is critical.

Tata 1mg has delivered a order of medicine for my wife but the doctor name is not in-line with prescription and when I contacted support chat, they bluntly denied to change doctor name on the invoice

I booked an order on 06 jan 2026, despite the follow up to all concerned including its CEO, the order waa cancelled in the confirmation that thw same will delivered by 23 jan 2026, Today 24 jan is going to change, same cry is going on but order is still out to reach. Their courier partner ekart, is one step ahed, they are not responding. Both the companies are trying to cheat the customer's

I ordered meds online, delivery was expected in 1 day.
5 Days pass by and every day the status update to today and the items won't arrive. The support would assure me it will be delivered next day.
on fifth day they canceled my orders. All this while my infection grew and became a serious issue. Never ordering from them again.

Worst experience ever faced. They claim it to be delivered by 4 days and then delayed and delayed. No point in raising the issue with the agents. They don’t have any solutions and keep delaying the delivery. Never order any medical related equipments

I ordered for Protein powder thinking that I will be getting genuine product for Rs 3K+ but experienced a genuine fraud when I got some baby powder of Rs 700 & over this customer care people are totally shameless who kept on saying that they will resolve the issue in 24 hrs & kept escalating the issue each time but never contacted me from their side and kept wasting my time after cheating me.
I will suggest not to use Tata 1Mg and remove its app from your phone, as who knows what other fraud its app will do in your phone.

I got my result just now and it is really surprising that the KFT report doesn't include eGFR which is supposed to be the essential test regarding kidney function. I called through the app and requested them to send me the GFR value as the blood sample is already given today, before it gets useless. I was ready to pay extra. They didn't accept my proposal. Only saying our package does not contain it. Ridiculous! This is in fact cheating... eGFR is essential marker when it comes to kidney functionality. I never imagined KFT without eGFR.
It was a disappointing experience which is a warning for me against this laboratory. Thyrocare on the other hand, charges less but still gives eGFR value in the reports by default. Next time, no Tata 1mg.
