Very bad and arrogant service don't book any lab test from healthians extremely poor services coustomer support are very slow yesterday my blood test was booked for 6 am and ther representive has not arrived till 9 am and they have collected 100 rupees extra for scheduling 6 am slots which should be refunded

Healthians are frauds! They took blood sample of my 8yrs old daughter and later only gave partial report. Later they told we would need sample again, its so difficult to convince my daughter again for re-blood sample, she cried a lot because of these fools. They don't have proper tools I guess to process blood samples on time. Upon asking for full refund due to their own mistake, they straight away declined. I will never consult them ever again.

I had my test done of hbac1 through gangaram hospital and then through Dr lal path lab my sugar level was 4.6 in both place but after 1.5 months i ordered full body and to my surprise my sugal was 6 10 and also my other test didn't match with reputed gangaram hospital of Delhi... These people r thieves

I booked two tests of different diagnostic centers but after payment the order details showed single center for both tests i thought the lab was automatically selected to prevent discomfort. Then i forgot the name address of original lab i selected. I went to centre and they said only one test was booked. I knew some glitch happened in app. I paid for other test and got it done. But before this i tried to reach healthians very hard and it failed. They call you like everyone is sitting free when you try to book test. Once its done no body will be available to talk to you!. This is how they treat. I sent emails, calls nothing worked. Their IVR on call is deliberately made to waste time and nobody is available to hear you for complaint. Avoid this company because during health issues these extra problems will make life more painful. This is highly unprofessional company and maintain no standards for dealing with these problems which itself is created by them not customers.

I am avoiding giving booking id here to prevent my personal data will be given via email if anyone wants to reach out.

Disappointment : Very poor experience i have recently gone through.Registered for health check up package of Healthains and paid Rs 4146 but post payment to sample collector Name Durgalal at Bhopal, Neither invoice given nor any receipt. He mentioned that customer receives on mail id..However even after many follow ups no mail or anything received.No one at Healthains respinding. For booking and payment consumer received call in 10 mins but for payment receipt Healthains group is not ready to respond. Big scam going on at Healthains..

While the rates are low, the service, customer care response, phlebos response are extremely bad and harassing. They keep the phone in hold for hours. Never on time and diabetic sick patients need to wait for hours to get test done. Extremely bad service, bad staff with irresponsible and inappropriate behavior, using loud harsh language and attitude that no one can do anything and they will do whatever they want. Extremely bad experience. Advice people not to book healthians just for the sake of prices and waste tour time and get insulted by their staffs.

Not providing report on time only showing and facking the people on the name of discount it's 5 days not sending my report till now I have go to doctor with that report or these guys making fun with peoples health on the name. Of the reliable company

Very careless organization, collecting money in advance and playing with peoples. I booked an test and collected samples from seven days ago still no any reports delivered, after many calls and what's app messages also no use. I think the whole organization is only show business, like marketing, advertising ... Be careful before spending money..

I am extremely concerned about the integrity of this company. Despite a technician never showing up to collect my samples, the system was updated to 'Sample Collected. I am now extremely concerned that they will upload someone else’s medical results to my profile just to hide their logistics error. This is a massive risk to patient safety and data privacy. I cannot trust any 'results' this company provides

Yesterday I booked my blood test for Thyroid in Delhi, their staff was punctual when he came for blood sample, but he didn't opened a fresh packet for syringe, gloves its like "he uses SAME SYRINGE for every patient", I noticed in the beginning but forgot to ask him after taking blood sample i asked him for "band aid" that they apply after taking sample collection, to my surprise he didn't even had that

Booked for 9:00 to 10:00 AM slot. Called the sample collection agent on 9:15 am he said he will be reaching in 30 minutes. Waited till 10:15 am, agent did not arrive. I called again he said wait for another 30 minutes. Then my request forward to another agent, he was like I just got the request. Its very unreliable and unprofessional.

Healthians appears to be running a highly unreliable and misleading service. I scheduled a comprehensive health check-up with them and paid ₹5000 after being told that I was receiving special discounts on multiple tests. As instructed, I fasted for 12 hours and provided my blood sample.
However, the experience after that has been extremely disappointing. Healthians sent me only a partial test report, and after a week they contacted me saying that several tests were not performed because they “forgot” to conduct them, asking me to provide another blood sample.
This is completely unacceptable. Despite their mistake, they are neither conducting the remaining tests properly nor providing a full refund. Instead, they are offering only a partial refund while leaving the comprehensive test incomplete.
This feels like a deliberate attempt to charge customers a large amount and then deliver incomplete reports. Such practices make it difficult to trust both their service and the accuracy of their reports.
I strongly recommend that people get their tests done at a reputable hospital or diagnostic center rather than relying on services like this. Customers deserve transparency, reliability, and accountability—none of which I experienced with Healthians.

Extremely disappointing experience with Healthians.

For the last 7 days I have been booking a blood test, but the sample collection agent never arrives on time. Either the calls are not answered, or the agent reaches 1–2 hours after the scheduled slot.

This is not the first time this has happened. The same issue occurred around 4 months ago, and I eventually had to book my tests with another lab because Healthians failed to provide the service.

People booking blood tests are often fasting and waiting at home, so such delays and poor communication show a complete lack of professionalism.

I don’t understand why appointments are accepted when the service cannot be delivered on time. I am going to permanently ban Healthian

I had a very bad experience with Healthians. Very unprofessional.

I booked the complimentary home test through my care mediclaim app. However I got a call from a guy called Rahul from Healthians asking whether I required any paid tests. I gave him my requirements and he gave the price and confirmation of booking after also confirming that the booking will be visible on the app and I would get the email and message confirmations. Nothing came. And on calling back his number, he keeps disconnecting. At the time of sample collection, the phlebo asked for the money. We refused to pay till we get official mail or see it in the app. He finally made the company share a payment link on which I paid. There is no confirmation of receipt from them nor is it visible on app nor am I able to get through to them on any customer care numbers!

This is a scam. They took money in the name of an appointment online, and neither returned the money nor gave an appointment. In the name of customer care, they keep transferring calls. These beggars are selling at a low level. Petty thieves.

Very bad service and arrogant service representatives. Not attending scheduled appointments on time. Today my wife’s blood test was booked for 7.50 am slot. It’s now 9.40 am and still the representative has not arrived. And they have collected Rs80 extra for scheduling at 7.50 am. which should be refunded.

I booked my health checkup on 29/01 /26 but due to long distance I was cancelled the health checkup on 2nd day but still today means 06/02/26 some one continuous calling to me on my personal number from healthianse and said me I LOVE YOU....I complain to my agent they more help me in this case......

Very bad.. reports are not accurate and staff is very unreliable.. give false promises
