I wouldn’t even give this a minus star… such a terrible service. Very bad. When you place an order, it shows that it will be delivered in one day, but it actually arrives after 7 days. They are selling medicines— they should understand this. People order medicines only when they really need them, but they don’t care about customers at all. They take up to 10 days to deliver medicines. Extremely poor service.

Even their customer care has no proper information. They just give useless responses. I would not recommend this to anyone. Don’t buy medicines from here… the service is very bad—“bad” is actually a small word for their service.

I had ordered Medicine on 27.3.26. While ordering, it showed delivery date as 28.3.26. On 28.3.26, I got an SMS saying that I would receive on 30.3.26 but did not receive it. On 31.3.26, I got an SMS saying that my medicine is out for delivery, but the Courier Delivery Person from Blue Dart, without checking whether my house is closed or not has sent a message that my premises was locked. When I called the Netmeds Customer Care, they said that they will try to reach the medicine but till now, I have not received it. A medicine is supposed to be considered as an emergency item but in spite of making the payment, they take their own sweet time to deliver. Very much disappointed about their lethargic attitude.

Absolutely pathetic service. First my order was delayed, and then it was falsely marked as delivered even though I NEVER received it. No call, no verification, nothing.
They even made up a random guard name who doesn’t exist here. Customer service kept dragging the issue for days and then simply denied responsibility, claiming it was delivered without any proper proof.
Worst part? They are refusing to refund or resend the medicines. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a scam.
Highly unprofessional, irresponsible, and careless. Do NOT trust Netmeds with prepaid orders.

Netmeds is a fraud app, They chitting with customer with the help of their delivery partner blue dart, updates status as they wish. And not refund customer money.. Lootera app.dnt order here.

Delivery date -21th march
Today is 24th and they update status my home door closed, Where i am hurry for the medicine and following up with customer. Think how they are chitting style is this.

This is the worst delivery app I have ever come across. They never refund money if any order is not delivered due to internal issue with courier service. They reply automated response to the mails following a template which does not make any sense. Even support team is disgusting as they keep on repeating same old story again and again. These beggers start crying even for refunding minimal amount. Don't buy any medicines from Netmeds.

Took my money and never delivered . When i asked for the refund , just kept on delaying the refund and then stopped replying to my enquiry . Thankgod it was a small purchase ! Never order anything from this fraud company !

I received my order (ID: FY6959EE550E6326B0B7), and I noticed that the QR code on the product is missing or has been intentionally rubbed off. I am concerned about the authenticity and compliance of the product.

,It is a fraud company. Don't go for it. They don't deliver the medicine but show it as delivered on their website. Then you have to waste your valuable time talking to the customer service who have a standard answer to your complaint : Our team is looking into the matter and we are in the process of inquiring the status of your delivery with our courier company. And then after two days they ask you blandly, are you sure you have not received the medicines as our courier company says it is delivered. So basically you are back where you started.
I normally don't write reviews but I felt very strongly about the laidback and irresponsible attitude of the company.
Update: I got refunded my amount but only after filing a case of grievance online on the consumer forum. Wish to express my appreciation for their prompt registration and resolution of my issue.

On 14th december,I ordered 2 item, but they didn't deliver,how many days it will take to refund, 512.48

Into my credit card, 4 business days, from Friday, 18th december 2025 i hope you , you will start my refund when you will start, if you don't process,in urgent basis.

Otherwise,I will complain against NEDMED online pharmacy,

The worst experience ever I have a very unwell patient at home and after paying 6k almost the medicine now for a week have not been delivered still. No proper response or refund. I have a call recording and will take them to court

If there was an option of giving a minus marking, I would have done that!

The delivery date for my order was changed without prior notice. Medicines from the order were cancelled without prior intimation, and to top it all. The delivery guy asked me to come out and take the delivery. hekept pestering to give me the OTP without receiving the medicines. When I requested it, he refused to deliver and finally said he won't deliver "MEDICINES" and left. The company did zero resolution and just kept saying we will try and deliver. Rubbish service, horrible delivery persons and absolutely no resolution. If u ever need medicines, never order from this company

SCAM WARNING! DO NOT ORDER FROM NETMEDS!

I ordered 3 items from Netmeds, out of which Omron Automatic Blood Pressure Monitor (HEM-7156) worth INR 3500, it was of 2022 manufactured and didnt work since delivery. I reported the issue within one hour of receiving the items and have already shared all required proof. It has now been more than 30 days, and the refund is still pending. Every time I contact their team, I am asked to provide pictures from new angles.

Their support team has a fixed email that will ask more photos, no matter what you write to them.

I also wish i could give zero rating.
No customer support
No on time delivery of the medicines and then very bad customer feedback.
No proper monitoring of the deliveries.
When i talked to customer care, they are daily increasing the timeline.
I would really suggest this company to get closed and request people not to order from this company.

Never buy good medicine from netmeds, i bought few times and their expiry is always near to end. I ignore that few times but recently i raised refund as the medicine was costly and here is the response i got even when it is their packet only. (same response no matter what i explain)

Horrible and pathetic..they deliver wrong and damaged medicines, no response from customer service only refrain will try and solve asap...is this a tech based app.or bullock cart age .I think a class action suit for deficiency and damage should be filed with the matter reported to drug authorities and case filed in consumer forum they sell medicines and not maggie and samosa that their deliveries are so messed up and then no remedial action

I wish I could mark 0000 in review of Netmeds, netmeds delivery omg 😱 so so so so poor very bad, suppose i order the medicine 1st November so it will be deliver by 16th-23rd of November and most of the medicine are not available on Netmeds, and wht should I tell u about discount uuufffff it's not discount it's a kind of 🤣 joke, i purchased the medicine before 2 yrs back from my father ID but now I am damn serious finally, my experience is too bad and horrible

Never trust this app to book medicines online delivery…. Will never deliver on time and will make us wait endlessly without any proper updates and no delivery support.

Useless and pathetic customer service…patients will die waiting for the delivery of medicines..
