edit: their response to this review shows how dumb they act. I proved my account was not closed on the frsit time asking to trustpilot. They blantantly lie.

This site, which is connected to Bets Entertainment, Febonara Empire SRL, and Alpha Affiliates (managed by SMES), is accepting Dutch players without holding a Dutch gambling license. They are also operating through unofficial mirror sites such as 1redeu, 1red2, 1red3, which raises serious concerns about compliance and transparency.
I am still waiting for my refund, and I refuse to let this matter go unresolved. To anyone experiencing similar issues: keep pursuing your case. My account was not closed when I first requested it—despite their claims. I can provide proof of this, including my Trustpilot submissions. And to be clear, account closure was not even the reason for my refund request.
Under the Dutch Gambling Act (Wet op de kansspelen – Wok) and the Remote Gambling Act (Wet Kansspelen op afstand), it is explicitly illegal to offer gambling services to Dutch players without a license. Doing so is considered a breach of public order under Article 3:40(2) of the Dutch Civil Code, which can render such contracts null and void. Dutch courts have repeatedly ruled in favor of consumers in similar cases involving unlicensed operators.
Additionally, under EU consumer protection law—specifically the Unfair Commercial Practices Directive (2005/29/EC)—failing to disclose the absence of proper licensing while targeting players in restricted jurisdictions constitutes a misleading and unfair commercial practice.
I will continue posting updates until every cent owed to me has been returned.

I waited 21 days for 1200 withdrawal to be approved which is insane waiting time at the end though it got approved which was the most important part

AVOID!!! Will take the money it will not allow withdrawals. Do not play here

UPDATE TO THE BELOW: Since posting the below review I have received my withdrawal. It took almost a month.
To be fair, my previous experiences with this site over this past year have been pretty good.

I don't usually post reviews unless I have something nice to say. This is not the case here😠 I have played at this casino for over a year and I only had the occasional small issue BUT I made a withdrawal on 29 Jan 2026 and I have been given the absolute run around with bs answers and I still haven't received my money. It has been almost 1 month😠
They keep thanking me for my patience but my patience has now run out!

I've given it two stars as I actually enjoyed the games. Different from other sites. However when trying to withdraw (what a boring nightmare) verification needed (fair enough) then withdrawal approved as well as verification documents. Great I thought but nothing for a couple of days. Contacted customer service and they said be patient it can take up to 5 days which is ridiculous but ok. Time went on then I received an email saying withdrawal cancelled. Three times this happened. Had the same two agents every time who seemed like AI as there responses were exactly the same every time. Such a shame as for me the games were really good. Now I'll have the same reply on here saying sorry that you had a bad experience but I really don't want to hear that. How about sort your withdrawal system out and you may get more players. Tried to close account and that's impossible too. 🙄

Zeer slechte ervaring met dit casino. Ik wacht inmiddels al maanden op de uitbetaling van mijn opname, maar ik heb mijn geld nog steeds niet ontvangen. De communicatie is slecht en ik krijg geen duidelijke uitleg waarom de betaling zo lang duurt.

HORRIFIC experience. Been waiting 12 days so far for withdrawal and no sign! Sent more ID than when I mortgaged my house but excuse after excuse. Been waiting 4 days for reply to email and doubting I’ll get paid and nearly 700 quid! Do not use awful company and probably a scam site

Honestly if I could pick half a star I would stay well clear of this site. The customer service is nothing short of very poor. I made a withdrawal and after 2 days it was still sat at pending can I add that I never received the payment either. After 2 weeks of back and forth the same excuses by far the worst online casino there is out there

Everyone here who gives it 5 stars and has had a good experience... they only had one payout... yes, that's right, with the first payout I had it in the bank within 2 hours... But the second now I've been waiting for more as 3 weeks.

If the bookmaker is legitimate, the payout is made within two hours, and at some bookmakers, within three days.
Anything to the contrary of what I've written is fake or a scam.
I just made my first deposit today, so we'll see what the situation is.
