Purchased 5 seeds only 2 were good. Emailed them 4 times and used their chat service which is just an automated reply saying message received.
Never received any kind of reply.
Horrible customer service. Bye bye 207.

Sent cracked seeds. I’ve emailed twice and they never responded. On previous order I emailed a simple question and they never replied. 3 emails 0 replies
I was loyal to 207 and now I’ll never order from them again.

Worst customer service on the planet. They dont communicate n keep u posted on ur order. N they are extremely rude. Do not order from them ever. U been warned.

Loved almost everything about this company. Seeds from order to door in a week. Easy to pay. Spent about $100 got like 6 freebies and free shipping. I don't want to blame the seeds but after having a couple successful grows with a super easy time germinating I have been unable to get a single one to survive passed being planted. So far I've tried soil, coco, jiffy pellets, and root riot cubes. But I just had another company survive the root riot cubes so I'm trying again tonight. I have 6 left out if the about 20 sent to me. If these grow after germination I'll probably order from here again just based on prices, speed of delivery, and selection. Just a great value and I'm sure I am mostly at fault. Really destroyed my 100% germ rate though.

Ordered on 10-3-2020, Shipped 10-5-2020, received on 10-8-2020. Everything went extremely smooth, all of the items I ordered were all in stock as stated and shipped safely, prices were great, staff was polite and helpful. Purchase was done via Venmo. This is the 3rd company I’ve ordered from, all with different payment methods, and this is easily the best of those experiences, will be using them for all my purchases from now on. Also threw in some freebies, papers, and stickers 🙌🏻
