360 Cleaning Limited レビュー

I was offered a job and told the start date was only delayed. I waited several weeks with no communication, despite sending messages and emails. When I followed up, I was suddenly told the role had been taken internally and that my messages “weren’t received.” The communication throughout the whole process was inconsistent, confusing, and very disappointing. This experience left me feeling misled and ignored.

Impeccable customer service, they'll always get back quickly and do a great job, I genuinely cannot ask for more. I'd especially like to thank Bryony who went out of her way to help me with a very time sensitive job. She's truly a miracle worker!

reliable and clean! it helped us a lot

Good communication before and during the job itself. Good turnaround and great job on end-of-tenancy clean.

Poor services and not cleaned properly at all

Arrived on time, very thorough cleaning, and friendly helpful people. I cannot fault them, would use again, very happy customer

Had an issue with balcony keys at first, but they were super understanding and booked me a second slot once I got them sorted. Made sure I wasn’t left out of pocket and really appreciated Myintzu’s help.

I have had Kayzee clean for me and she always does an amazing job.

Kayzee is very thorough, diligent and hard-working.

Amazing service, amazing cleaning job! I booked them to come and clean a flat I was moving in to before I arrived and it was absolutely spotless, smelt amazing (not the gross chemical smell of some other products) and was sent update photos of what they had done which was so reassuring. Will definitely use them again!

Fantastic cleaning company

I regularly use 360 Cleaning Ltd's services as part of my job and I have to say I am very impressed! Their quality of cleans are thorough and excellent. Everything is always cleaned properly especially oven trays, washing machine door soap drawers & seals etc which most "professional" cleaning companies forget.

What makes them stand above all other cleaning companies is that when areas are missed, they will ensure the customer is satisfied and will do everything in their power to ensure that the property is cleaned to the high quality that they pride themselves on. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone! Thank you 360 Cleaning

Excellent Amazing

We used these guys to clean behind one of our refurbishments and I must say, 10/10!

Easy booking and cleaner was really thorough.

Thanks team

Excellent service. The team is really friendly. If you want best cleaning service in London please work with them!

The 360 team was amazing. The customer service experience was good. The team arrived on time on the cleaning day, did an amazing job, and finished on time as well. Will use their services again in the future

Had a brilliant experience with 360 cleaning, they did an end of tenancy clean for me and it was precise and thorough! I would not hesitate to use them again

The team were extremely helpful and efficient - from providing an initial quote to getting the cleaners to the property on time. The cleaners were exceptionally thorough and good at their job. My end-of-tenancy clean was almost prefect. I cannot recommend them enough.

The team was extremely thorough and had great communication. Michael helped us in coming up with a quote for the cleaning that was appropriate for us. Everything was scheduled and planned to the 'T' and had a smooth process. Thank you!

360 Cleaning Limited was responsive and helpful to any enquiry, well organized. I have used many times in different flats and I felt good every time.

360 are a fantastic company to work with, always organised, always on time and always spotless !

The before and after reports are especially great as they give peace of mind for all of the apartments we cannot visit prior to check in (not to mention super helpful for deposit disputes down the line).

I would always recommend 360 Cleaning as the first choice cleaning provider for any move out !
