Order Delayed-No Explanation

Our order of promotional pens is delayed. No one at 4Imprint can tell us if they have been shipped or even produced. Apparently the people who do know are out of the office this week and last week. We will not be ordering again from this company.

Quick Turn around Great Service

This is the second order I have placed with this company and both times my experience has been excellent. The price per item is reasonable, artwork is turned around quickly and I had my order in a couple of days. They are my go to company now for logoed give a way items and trade show gifts.
