Ordered 3 lithium battery generators; two arrived defective (one won't charge at all, the other one shuts off power completely around 50% state of charge). Terribly unreliable products for back up power during an outage. Stay away from this company...these have been sitting in my garage for nearly 2 months waiting for a return label from the company.

UPDATE; Company has since escalated the difficulties to a supervisor and they have been extremely helpful in remediating the situation. Appreciate the transparent communication and support!

How is it a company like this is allowed to sell under 4 patriots name ? That is the ONLY reason i persued a purchase. Unbelievable scam. This unit is not what was advertised when I tried to buy it. It's a much smaller in size. Initially there was someone trying to help me, but he wanted me to fill out oodles of paperwork, and aening it back was totally my responsibility. The box I no longer had, nor packing. There wasnt any attempt to satisfy the order in any other way. Wanted to talk to a technition who works on them, but brian says hes the only one who does it BUT hes not technical. ? Huh? Well git me a technical person. He says i am the tecnical guy. ?,,?? My order will be adhusted by what i send back. This is avery small $1500 unit. Itemized. $500 for solar panel. $50 for the ac charging cord( the kind your sewing machine uses) $125 restocking fee...what ? Why do i have to pay for your shitty product to get restocked ???
Guess sending it back isnt an option. Would you ,?? By the time (about3 weeks) I thought better of it, because of the hassle,we had a power outage...It quit, and wouldnt recharge. !!!.ya know what. DONT BUY THIS CRAP, IT NOT worth my time to type the complaint.

4Patriots only responded after I filed a BBB Complaint. Ignored me for 2.5 months. The response below minimizes how ill their products made me. Food Storage that you can't eat is BAD. 4Patriots does not acknowledge that the product could be contaminated! Original Review: I've tried two products: The Aztec Mango Chili made me sick for over a week. Can't leave the bathroom sick! Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, cramps FOR A WEEK. The Black Bean Burger mix also made me sick for three days with nausea, diarrhea and cramps. Plus, for three months I've been nausous every time I eat anything! Clearly this product was contaminated. Company has ignored my requests for refund. No true customer service. Plus, their 'we'd love your feedback' form will not allow you to post negative feedback! You get an error message. I bought $3,000 worth of food storage and now am terrified it is all bad but the company will not return my emails or call me. I've been told a specialist will call me 4 times over three months and no one will call and they won't resolve when I call them.

Bought a portable generator for $500. Went to use it 3 years later and it didn’t work. They offered us $75 on a new one.

The only complaint I have is there is no macaroni and cheese in our supply of 4 Patriots food as advertised.

We ordered a 2500 and 4 expansion batteries...
2 of them would not charge...
Sent the two back to 4Patriots in the box provided...
Received only 1 battery back which looked either used or reconditioned...WHICH ALSO WOULD NOT ACCEPT A CHARGE...AND...
They did not send the connector, the charger, the cable and the case which should come with the unit...
and as of this date, we only have 2 of the 4 expansion batteries we paid for in MAY operational...
We are senior citizens in southern Florida, in the middle of hurricane season...and will likely will not have have this issue resolved and the 4 Patriots generator equipment that we have paid for ready to supply emergency power...
BEWARE THIS COMPANY...

1. My filtration system came without a filter
2. All of my free Bonus items never came. (The 5 gallon water totes and 2 personal filtration straws.)
3. The filtration system had rust running down the upper rim of the tank after filling with water.
4. Customer service keeps promising to send the missing items but never do. Every time I contact them I have to explain everything over and over again.
I now want a refund but they will not instruct me on how to return the system.
Stay away from this company. My next step is BBB.

We purchased the 2000X solar generator in Aug 2023. We used the unit one time and recharged it before letting it sit without use. We checked it for percentage left several times and all was good. We decided to check it for percentage left several days ago and it had 65 %. We plugged it in and went on with our day. 8 hours later it still only had 65% of power. So needless to say it was not performing correctly. We unplugged it and tried to turn the unit on from the front panel power button and nothing. It would not turn on. Talked to customer service and they said it was a defective unit and was out of warranty and there was nothing they could do. They offered us $200 off the 2500X unit. Are you really seriously thinking I would spent more money on anything from your company when you clearly told me our unit was defective. The unit came from China and if we had known that we would have never ordered it. We spent $4300 on the unit, and extra battery ect. Thanks 4Patriot.

I purchased a 2500x solar generator in May 2023. I charged it and stored it in accordance with the instructions. I used it once on a tent-camping trip and it worked great. After the trip, I charged it and stored it again in accordance with the instructions. In October 2024 I pulled it to make sure it was charged before a hurricane hit, and it had zero charge and would not charge from the A/C outlet or the solar panel. When I contacted 4Patriots, they stated that it sat for too long and the battery was no longer functional, and because the unit was out of the 365 day warranty period, they were nothing that could be done. After several months of research and talking to battery experts, I discovered that the battery can be "jump started", even though it has zero charge. I contacted 4Patriots to ask how to open the unit to access the battery and they said they didn't have that information and refused to help me. So, now my choices are to try to force the unit open, or buy a new one. Neither sounds like a good option to me. So, it has become obvious to me that 4Patriots does not support their products or customers. Useless company.

Rice, oatmeal and powdered milk are the survival foods in the $300 kit. Horrible food 😫 and a huge rip off.

4 patriots is crap! Don't waste your money! Not only does the food quality suck, but their customer service is worse! Claiming to be an American company is a disgrace to the USA!! Horrible quality, horrible ingredients... Anything that is supposed to be creamy, taste like it has coffee creamer in it.. The star spangled tropical drink is FULL of AWFUL ingredients..

Buyer Beware. What a rip off. This company over Hypes their products and under performs with dramatically overpriced products and NO way to actually review their products. I wasted thousand of dollars. My Bad, My Problem. Learn from my mistakes.

Well it starts with the offer of a free knife, but you pay for shipping. Once they have your credit card number they are free to send you emergency food supplies that you may have looked at, but did not order. It does not matter to them, they charge your card and send the goods which were not ordered. They also have of a way of sending you texts and emails which they are able to remove. Long story short, this company is nothing short of dishonest. Additionally, their products are made in China. Stay clear of this company.

I ordered two of the ultimate meat package. They did NOT send me an email stating that my order shipped. Good thing I went to my account to get the tracking number & find that my order had been delivered & was sitting in the hot sun (103°) for two hours. In bringing in the two boxes I noticed that they had a smell so that means the meat is contaminated. I have been trying to return them for a 100% full refund & the idiots sent me only one shipping label & in trying to get them to send the second one I am being told 7-10 business days to get it. Bull shit they are basically forcing me to keep the contaminated food & they keep my money 😡😡😡😡😡

Banking on Patriots name, sells solar systems made in China. I would expect them to have more respect for those who serve to protect our country-USA. Selling Chinese products on the pretense of being American made is BS. They all are still boxed unopened, hopefully they work.

When you're ordering and I was all sent to when you're ordering from them. You gotta pay attention to the little print when you're buying something so expensive. As the Solar System that they offer and you're willing to pay that monthly over $300 a month, you would think that shipping would be free, but unless you buy it outright, they charge you a $199 for shipping, like I said, I almost Purchased it Almost It shouldn't make a difference whether or not you're making payments or you're purchasing the item up front shipping should be free. You're spending almost $3000 on the item. That's ridiculous absolutely ridiculous

I bought one of those pocket solar chargers, and I just went and pulled it out to try to use it to charge my phone and the one side of the solar panel is coming up and I can’t get it to charge my phone and I won’t use this maybe twice and it’s always in my backpack and I’m really frustrated.

I wish I could give this company a zero but I’ll settle for a one. The service is pathetic. I’ve called multiple times on multiple days and was put on eternal hold. I’ve emailed them three times. I purchased the water purification system, received it and it already had what appeared to be some Pitting of the water holding tank and for the price, I expected 18/10 stainless steel. The steel is very thin. It only works on tap water so you couldn’t use as a purifier in a survival situation, so I returned it. Then I didn’t hear anything from 4Patriots for seven days. I attempted to call them. I emailed them. I did get an email back and they were requesting that I send them the tracking number which I did, then I got a email that said they would process my return in 7 to 10 days so all in all it’s gonna take me about 17 days to get my money back when it took them only three minutes to charge my account, we’ll see if the refund actually is refunded to my account. I will never ever ever ever deal with this company again this is my third purchase The first one was for solar chargers, which take forever, they do work, but they take forever to charge my second purchase was for a camp stove. When I received it, it appeared to have already been used, but they tell me that was a manufacturing defect and then this, so I’m done.

Bought a small generator for my cpap machine in case of emergency and it has never worked and won't take a charge. I financed it because I only get a small social security check, and I am still paying for something I can't use. Also, got extremely tired of calling and getting no help but, send it back and I can't afford the shipping.

Absolutely horrible rude customer service and the products are not great. This company is so un-American!!!
