My husband and I decided on this theater seating couch because, as we certainly like reclining and being comfortable, we don't want to be old people in recliners. We didn't order the white glove delivery, as it didn't seem like a big deal. So, just for the record this bad boy is heavy. Order the white glove service or be prepared to almost get a divorce. During the wrestling match getting this guy in the house we (he) let his storage arm cover flip up breaking a piece inside. I called customer service, explained my situation to Manny and he has sent the replacement piece so our couch can be perfect again!

This perfect couch, which has forced us to be together reclining and happily watching movies, has made us friends again.

A great product is one thing, even greater customer service for that product is downright amazing.

We took receipt of our 2 theater seats and we are very very happy. White glove delivery was fast, efficient and personable. Customer support helped with a couple questions we had. In the end All was perfect.
Manny was a pleasure to deal with as was the customer team. We did get the custom color - Tawney, which was definitely worth the wait.

Meghan was very helpful and friendly when I called needing to replace my LED Lights on my chair. She was able to pull up my purchase history to get me the part needed. On top of great phone skills she also sent me a video on how to replace the light. Great customer service!!!

I have owned my Red Seatcraft seats for several years and recently took two of them overseas with me and upon my return one of the rubber cup inserts must have fell out from the movers. I reached out to 4seating and Ms Moore went above and beyond to send a couple replacement ones. It is always great to have exceptional customer service reps which show company commitment. I have recommended them to my friends who also purchased seats after they first saw mine. They have held up great and always inquired about where I purchased them.

She helped me identify the part and ensured it was shipped out immediately. She also provided excellent installation instructions as well.
