I absolutely love my new recliner!!!
I absolutely love my new recliner! I have it in my office and I use it every single day. The quality is impeccable, and it's just so functional. I play online poker, so having the two accessory trays is so helpful. I have my laptop on my lap, and then two external portable monitors on each tray. I also have the charging tray, which comes in handy. Customer service is out of this world, too! They are so responsive and helpful. Buy the chairs! You will be glad you did!
Above and Beyond Customer Service
I have a Concerto and had a problem with the pull-out table that goes into the arm of the couch. It was wobbly and not sitting level. Apparently the screw that holds the table mount in place had come out and had dropped in to the bottom. Manuel Gonzalez called me back the next morning and after I explained what the problem was, he offered to send me a new mount and hardware…. free of charge…. in case I couldn’t find the screw.( I had not searched for it yet as the couch is pretty heavy and was gonna do it on the weekend with my sons’s help).
I give 4Seating and Manuel Gonzalez 5 out of 5 stars for EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!

We’ve had our Seatcraft Vienna theater loveseat from 4Seating for several years now and only recently ran into a small issue with one of our side trays. After submitting an online inquiry just a day or two ago, I was just contacted by a delightful young gal named Megan. She was exceptionally helpful in taking care of our issue, and in this day and age, customer service – or at least good customer service – can be very hard to come by. Megan had us hooked up in a jiffy, and I cheerfully advised Megan that we will definitely be replacing our Vienna when the time comes with another similar unit from 4Seating. Thank you again to Megan!
OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!
We bought the Seatcraft Sienna Black Leather theater seats in a row of 4 from 4Seating. I cannot recommend this company enough to anyone looking for quality seats and outstanding customer service! I first called and spoke with Joseph to inquire about the size of the seats, trying to figure out what would fit in our space. He was very helpful, friendly and invited us to come to the showroom to check out the different seats. I'm very happy we went to the showroom even though it was over an hour away. It was worth it to meet Manny who helped us and answered all of our questions.Not only was he friendly and professional, but he was super knowledgeable about the products. Our seats were delivered sooner than we expected. My husband and I set them up and there was a small clip part that was broken on one of the cords and we were missing one of the accessories that we ordered. I called Manny up and he made sure to get those items sent out to us as soon as they were available. A couple months later, one of our trays became stuck and my husband found a forum online on how to remove it. We called up Manny again and he told us not to worry, he sent us out a new tray table with a new mount right away and my husband and I were able to fix it. I've never experienced such amazing customer service in my life! As stressed as I was after having something break on something we spent good money on, Manny made it super easy in honoring the warranty. If you are looking for good quality theater seats, look no further than 4seating! You'll get a great quality product and excellent customer service!!!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with 4Seating! I originally purchased my theater seats from them and they’ve been absolutely the best. Recently, I needed a replacement LED light part, and I had the pleasure of speaking with Megan over the phone.
Megan went above and beyond—she was kind, professional, and made sure I was completely taken care of. The whole process was quick and easy, and she handled everything with ease. It’s rare these days to find customer service that makes you feel valued, but Megan did exactly that.

Great overall experience
The help prior to ordering was outstanding, with the products (Diamanté and Cuddle) ending up being exactly what we needed. The shipping was simple and was a couple of days earlier than initially anticipated. Finally, after receipt, there was a small issue but customer service was all over it and called (even though I didn’t give my phone number online) me within a couple of hours of my email. Great service!

Replacing power hub of reclining sofa
The protective layer or paint on the power hub section of the recliner sofa started eroding. I called customer support and talked to Richard. Although it is beyond the warranty period, Richard figured out a way to help me with the replacement of the power hub and sent a video showing how to replace it. I am glad that I called and greatly appreciate the out-of-the-way customer support.

I purchased four beautiful leather recliners for my new home theater 4 years ago. In the process of a renovation, the floor light on 1 of the chairs wasn't working. I called, spoke to Manny and in no time he arranged to send a replacement unit and at no charge. Customer Service can't be any better.
I love my Ratheon recliner
I love my Ratheon recliner. I highly reccommend it. Not sure why, but the power supply cable stopped working, so I reached out to the company for a replacement and they replied back the same day. The representative, Megan Moore, was excellent. She was able to order the cable replacement for me. I am very pleased with her service, she is very kind and polite and truely wanted to help me out. My Seatcraft theater seat stopped working, and I was almost certain it was going to be costly to replace whatever broke. Manuel at 4Seating helped me identify the cause of the problem quickly, and the replacement controller was under $40. I couldn't be more happy with the service and price!!
