Worst experience ever, always ignoring messages, don’t answer, never contact you back
Cannot return items cause they just disappeared

So far on questioning before I make the purchase, I found the customer service avoiding answering questions around the guarantee that the product is authentic.

Rooyas perfumes are selling testers of famous brands I got channel different packing and not even with smallest smell no matter how much you put on .

I ordered 2 sets before more than 2 months, but unfortunately not delivered!!
I don’t know if this supplier is exist or fraud..However, their phone no is unreachable.. What to do?

I was concerned after ordering and seeing the bad reviews but my order arrived this morning and i am very impressed by them cant fault 24\7 scents in anyway

7/24 Perfume company is fraud. I placed an order dec end 2022 and till now no answer. There wattsup no not working and website also down. Do not trust tis company and loose your money

Paid last year march..... still haven't received order

fake company, took the money and never delivered anything, advice do not buy from here, fake, scam company.

Fraud,fraudsters,unprofessional,cheaters, shameless creatures....
Please save your money and report them to the concerned authorities.
I booked some perfumes in Sept 2022 and I am yet to receive them. They are sending same reply to your repeated emails( automated replies). They won't provide you any customer care phone numbers. Their whatzapp number is not functioning too.

This company is super fake. I ordered some perfumes in Dec 2021 but no delivery as yet. They are frauds.

I ordered some perfume one month before and no delivery till now.

Trust all the below reviews, it’s been 3 months and they have no plan of giving my perfumes. I ignored the below reviews looking into the discounts and I got scammed.
This is a real scam, where you will loose all your money.DON’T BUY.

This is a scame, never use guys or trust, whatever they say to contact by email or whatsapp, it's all lies.
They never respond or deliver anything, they just steal ur money.
