Recently had a painful crash hurting myself and worse yet my mountain bike.
Bent and buggered my derailleur amongst other things. 99 bikes had exactly the part I needed, ordered it online and was delivered quickly. The bike is ready to go and I'm not far away from hitting the trails again.

Purchased the Shoks OpenRun headset in June so I 've had them a couple of months now. These are super for me as my ears don't hold regular buds. Also, I can listen and still hear what's happening around. That's great for cycling and running. Battery life is pretty good too. The only thing that would make them better is to have the bluetooth connect to more than one simultaneous device. That's only because I like to use them in the office too, so can't connect to phone and computer at the same time. I just find them very comfy to use and the sound is pretty good.

Absolutely amazing, have had my mtb worked on at the Ipswich location, all of the employees are very kind and helpful when it comes to certain details about the product, both times I had my bike worked on there I dropped in with me mates and had a ball without any mechanical issues, 110% satisfied, will be returning for a fork rebuild or a new fork

On the plus side, the bike is great and Daniel was very helpful and efficient.
Unfortunately, the rear spoke guard found broken on first trip.

Easy to deal with , good range of products on your website. Good experience in the past so I'm a returning customer.

I am really happy with the folding bike. Some of the communication was not accurate in that I was told I would get a serial number for the bike and unique information but i did not receive this. The head joint on the stem was not tight so I had to tighten this after my first ride. This was a little dangerous.
