No issues except their return policy…
No issues except their return policy which you can’t return items! I ordered a bracelet and was in two minds about keeping it or returning it as it wasn’t quite what I expected so wanted to return it but was told I can’t. Other jewellers allow returns but A1 doesn’t! I’ve purchased two bracelets so far from them but now their return policy has put me off from ordering from them again.

Thanks for your comment,as gold price fluctuates a lot , we keep our prices very low , we do offer replacement if customers don’t like their purchase
