I had a highly disappointing experience with this company and would strongly advise others to avoid them. Initially, they assured me that there would be no hidden fees, but once my cars were ready for shipping, they demanded an additional few thousand pounds, citing exchange rate fluctuations and C&F pricing.

When I questioned this and insisted on paying only what we originally agreed upon, they refused and even threatened to sell my cars to other buyers. Eventually, they claimed they would refund my money after selling the cars but could not guarantee how long that would take. After already waiting over three months and with no certainty of getting my money back, I reluctantly paid the extra amount to secure my vehicles.

Upon receiving the cars, I discovered multiple serious issues, including engine problems, gearbox failures, electrical faults, and even shipping damage. When I raised these concerns, their response was dismissive—they stated that they are merely an intermediary between auctions and shipping companies and hold no responsibility for the condition of the vehicles.

This company operates with no accountability and prioritises taking customers’ money over providing a reliable service. I have now initiated an investigation into their dealings with Japanese auctions. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend avoiding them at all costs.

Purchased some 8 cars from this company, all of them damaged R grades, with expensive shipping, Their salesmen are cons, all in Pakistan, scammers aren't in Japan. Any ways I should've been cautious when banks won't transfer the funds to them and their fraud departmens got involved, only fintechs will send them.money.
