DO NOT, DO NOT send your money to these scammers, I was ripped off 10,430 canadian dollars in 2021, I purchased a toyota crown and I sent my money to them and and up until now I can get that vehicle.
I call them day upon day and getting someone different at all time,
Right now them block me ,these people need to be sued, I thought that was me alone got ripped off but reading the reviews tells alot.

Scammers, you'll never see your money again.
Paid for the car in full, no replies, the salesman named Mubashar, disappeared. They operate from Pakistan with some 20+ employees, the friend also received a damaged R grade car. But at least he got something for his money, my £2700 is gone.
Halifax bank has blacklisted them after mine and some other 100s of complaints

The company is a scam. The address is of an old, abandoned building.
I paid $4000.00 for a car 2 years ago, and was given many, many excuses leading me on, in hopes that by the time I alert the athorities, it would be too late.
I never received the car.
It's very hard to trust any of these Japanese companies because of my experience, and all the bad reviews that I'm now seeing.
The Japanese people must not care about their image any more.
Everyone involved with this fraudulent company should be locked up immediately.

Poor customers which have been hacked by CAR HUB JAPAN I am one of the poor customer as I have Transfer for 1000USD deposit for 1 unit Fielder in MARCH this year as they they have show me a Corolla Fielder 2018 WXB MODEL I say ok I have accept the deal they say 11000 usd CIF as I sent the money when they they received the amount they say me that the unit was Sold out so ok I say them to look for an another unit they propose me Corolla Fielder X Grade 2017 January that I can't import to Mauritius CIF Price 12250usd so I say them that it is unfair so then say me to send another 50% for the car about 5,000 usd more then they will buy 1 unit for me but I realize not to send them the more amount then I read the company reviews that are very bad that they are scammer people also I ask her to refund my 1.000usd they say me it's not possible to refund as for the first day of the deal there was a Sales women from Car Hub Japan Name Annie Fernandes she was sending message on Whats app eveyday but She has disappear from 19/07/21 not received any message from them I have try to contact Car Hub Japan but no answer so please advise what action I can take toward Company Car Hub Japan as I have lost my 1000usd so please help sir ?

12 months with my money,no car nor refund
Am very disappointed with Car hub Japan,i payed for the car on 01/09/2020,but i got nothing neither car nor refund,every month they come to me with different stories,please refund my $1800,People be carefully with this company.

I purchased a Toyota hilux in January 2021 paid off the complete price of close to $20k. Adam Luis the sales man made multiple promises to me that I would receive the vehicle in May then he said April,May, June then he cut all correspondence through WhatsApp and closed the account now I have no way to contact CHJ. I went to the website and tried to start a new chat but no response. Car Hub Japan Has basically committed fraud and stole almost $20k from and need to held accountable someone help me my email wakku at hotmail

Hello am a customer from Jamaica I sent 2500 deposit to car hub Japan from August 2020. To present day I haven't received no car or my money back only lies and promises. We need to put a stopping to this fraudulent companies.

Paid for two vehic­les, and can't get an accurate answer as to what is happen. First it was Adam Lu­is playing me for a fool by indicating that the vehicles were shipped from last year December now De­nny Thomas who took over from Luis is saying that Car Hub Japan is facing bankruptcy. Someone ne­eds to contact me as soon as possible. I find that some of your staffs are very dishonest. I am going to post this everywhere until someone from CHJ contact me.

DO NOT, DO NOT even think about purchasing a car through this despicable organisation. The company is owned by a Pakistani crook living in the UAE - enjoying life at your expense and mine! He has ignored countless demands for a refund and has ignored letters from my Japanese based legal team. I hope when he meets Allah that he gets his comeuppance.

Carhub japan,autorod and auction house japan are owned by one person....He is a top class scammer originally from pakistan living in the US..their three companies have agents from all over the world to deceive people with offers which looks too good to be true,once you pay them them the money only stories will follow....No shipment and no nothing ....I repeat dont pay autorod,AHJ na car hub japan..all are fake ..i lost my 1500 usd to these guys...God will punish them in hell fire...These guys have no concious and no heart all all...take poor peoples money especially from africa and never send them cars....if you want to make any transaction with autorod,Auction house japan and finally carhub japan first contact me on +265998012264 for recommendation......DONT SAY I DINT WARN YOU!!!!

I have made the worst experience in regard to buying a car from them and import it to Europe. The person from the sales area at Car Hub called me countless times via Whatsapp and urged me to buy the car. He didn't want to communicate via email but by WhatsApp. He did not answer any questions about the condition or other details of the vehicle. He just pushed me to pay for the vehicle. Only then should I find out the details of the car. That is completely absurd. First pay for a product and later find out what you bought. I'm sure the car on offer didn't even exist. I would now also run after my vehicle or my money like other customers. I am convinced that the Car Hub Japan fraud is part of the business concept. I cannot believe that any of the positive ratings here are genuine.

One of their Pakistani sales representatives bombed me with WhatsApp because I was looking for a used 911 air cooled Porsche. The Pakistani guy immediately sent me over 20 photos of a 911 , Model 993 from 1997 -S - Type , only 2.300 kms for only 24.500 USD free shipment to Rotterdam.
I argued and said I have never seen a Porsche 993 S for such unbelievable low price. They cost between 90.000 and 110.000 USD in my country. The Pakistani guy argued and argued that this is the real merit of Car Hub Japan to find such cheap cars for their customers. He never ever answered any of my concrete questions. He immediately changed the subject or said that he will call again. He perhaps called 25 times by WhatsApp in 3 days to push me, making the payment. He said I would be the happiest man on earth if the car arrives in Europe and that Allah the great would send him straight to hell if he would try cheating. “John- all muslims want to go to heaven and have fun with 72 virgins.”
I wanted the VIN number of the car to check the car’s history by CARFAX - but he refused it. “Company policy does not allow to give customers such details before they sent the money. He called me “my brother, my friend- he wanted to visit me and listed up all major cities in Europe that he had been before.” He was playing upset with yelling at me for an uncomfortable question, and changed to singing in a moment.He did everything that he formerly did on the Islamabad carpet bazaar. He refused communication by email- everything came by WhatsApp. Even the proforma invoice. Messengers like WhatsApp are a perfect platform to do bad business. I was finally so exhausted by all this that I was now ready to remit the 24.500 USD to buy that car. Only my wife kept telling me that it is totally impossible to buy a Classic Porsche car for only 25% of the market value. After sleeping it over, seeing many Scam reports about Car Hub Japan in the Internet , I saw things clear. I also saw the many positive comments about the company. But looking a little bit closer; the many positive feedbacks; not rating but praising CHJ are so uniform. They may be “purchased top ratings”. Unfortunately a common practice in the internet. Create trust where people should be more than sceptical.
The Porsche that was offered to me was just a Fata Morgana. The guy perhaps had 911 Porsche photos on his phone, perhaps from a former sale and wanted to sell me that car again. In fact, he only wanted my money and collect his commission and turn to the next waiting victim. I am 100,00 % sure that the car is not existing for sale by CHJ and all is a SCAM. Once they have your money, they will invent a story “why your vehicle could not be shipped an you can send 1000 emails to the ONE only displayed email address or can spend the time until the end of your life calling that one only displayed number. I guess you will only get your money back when you go to court in Japan. It is anyway very mysterious that the never give you any phone extension numbers of employees internally, not their email addresses. All us 100% sealed .
Thanks god (Allah) I did what my wife said. I am safe.
I really wonder if this scam intentions are by the initiative of the single sales guys which they do on their own or if it is “a practise” known by the American owner. If he does not know, he better reacts and stop such practices.
All of this is my personal impression.
