This was a really easy change to our new supplier. Liam Harris helped the whole way through and made this quick and easy. He also called to help with the set up of the equipment. I'm very pleased we took our first payments yesterday and today the money was in the bank just like promised. I would highly recommend A2B payments.

Nothing was too much trouble, and the backup service was exemplary.

Beware of shifty sales techniques
Be aware of the shifty sales techniques with this company.
After promising to cover the exit costs from my existing contract, I was left with a shortfall of about £900. A2B were not interested after I had signed the contract and I will definately be leaving at the end of this contract.

Great switching service
Very efficient and communication from start to finish has been excellent. Any issues were dealt with very quickly by Jamie Cleary.
It was an all round great transition transferring from one company to A2B. I would highly recommend.

Customer service cannot be faulted!
Marcos and Jack were very patient with the set up due to our new company set up as an EOT. Their communication and customer service cannot be faulted. We look forward to seeing the savings and having the same supportive customer service.
