Amazing company, insightful and helpful customer support, specifically Dolores has helped throughout the onboarding of a client made the process simple and effective.

A2X's customer support has been incredible. They helped us set up all of our different payment processors and map it all correctly. They helped reconcile the differences between accounts and even advised on some issues that an accountant would typically do. Manuela is particularly knowledgable and I am very grateful for her help.

I was having trouble transferring access to this handy tool after an accountant left, and initially just tried to do things myself because I rarely have an experience with support that is anything more than frustrating. When I hit a wall, I clicked the icon in the lower right of the site, got routed to Kim through their AI assistant, and she helped me resolve the issue even though it required a couple days to get all the way there. Restored my faith in humanity.

Both Nicole Gostomski and John M helped me tremendously in onboarding of A2X for Shopify and XERO.
They went the extra mile to accomodate my foreign accounting team and also the difficult questions that came after on emails.

I am not an accountant, just a small business owner. So the help I get through A2X is superb and always helpful and Dolores for some reason always seems to pick up my tickets and she is specifically helpful.

Shout out to Kim and Agnes for their awesome help with some Amazon payout issues I had. They stuck with me and helped me find my way thru a solution. A2X is great about staff taking over for someone going off shift. It is seamless and as a business owner trying to get things done, it is awesome to continue working on something even though someone has to leave 'work'. thank you for your help

We needed some remapping due to changes on Amazon and Jess was amazing. We had several calls and she was extremely knowledgeable as well as polite and efficient. Highly recommended.

The product is the best on the market, and the support team too - nothing is too small for them to help with. Your not talking to an AI bot its a real person and they are so helpful couldn't recommend more

They took the time to review my situation carefully, went above their normal policy, and even secured a multi-month refund as a goodwill gesture. On top of that, they offered future support and onboarding if I return.
