The best software for analysing ecommerce income
I have tried many pieces of software to help analyse ecommerce income, and A2X is by far the best I have ever used. It is such a valuable tool, especially for Shopify and Amazon.

A solid software system
A solid software system, box ready. Tried alternatives to save cash but in the end you get what you pay for. Not cheap but it is robust and gives peace of mind. Long may they continue, great work. Also live chat is probably the best I have ever experienced. Works incredibly well.

EXPENSIVE
It's super expensive for what it does. Very annoying that 2 subscriptions need to be paid for Amazon & Etsy. They overcharged me for months. Got some back in refunds. Have transferred to a different company that is much cheaper and does exactly the same thing.

It helps to automate the bookkeeping for all the main channels our clients use and also gets the results more accurately than manual processes would. This then enables to give our clients the timely and accurate financial insights our clients need to manage their businesses effectively.

A2X is a critical tool for ecommerce businesses
I have used A2X to post Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, eBay, and Etsy income for dozens and dozens of ecommerce businesses, while running the first ecommerce accounting practice, Catching Clouds, for over a decade. I was responsible for our accounting tech stack and A2X had the biggest impact in ecommerce financial accuracy and improving the efficiency of our ecommerce bookkeeping team.
Nothing posts income per channel per payment processor to Xero or QuickBooks Online better and with more accuracy. Very few SaaS companies have better support; not only are they responsive and caring about every client, their team understands accounting and the data challenges with each of these ecommerce platforms. A2X is better at posting income than any cloud inventory or inventory management system.
Now consulting to ecommerce sellers to help them optimize their businesses, accounting & finance and operations, A2X is one of the core solutions every seller should include in their tech stack.

One of the best companies I've ever dealt with.
As an Amazon third party seller and also brand registered with FBA, this service has been a lifesaver. Amazon's reports are so convoluted and hard to decipher with all their different fees. I'm sure I was missing deductions before using A2X. It seamlessly sends my data to QuickBooks and categorizes everything if you opt for that. You can also customize where you want things categorized. I use this for my Amazon and Ebay business. But the real clincher for me is their support team. I needed a little handholding when I first started using A2X and they always replied within 15 minutes, were incredibly patient and friendly throughout. These folks go above and beyond. I don't generally write reviews but this service has saved me hours of bookkeeping.

Bug on the payment screen
Bug on the payment screen. I selected monthly subscription and put in my details the page loaded and showed $499 which it kept defaulting to. I change it I was charge for the monthly and then for the $499. There is clearly a problem here. I reported it immediately to be told there is no problem… I beg to differ

Regarding your experience with our payment process, I understand how frustrating it can be to encounter unexpected or incorrect charges. I apologise that you had this experience with A2X. This is not the service we aim to provide. It seems some clarification regarding our subscription plans was needed. Our $499 plan is designed for businesses processing over 50,000 orders per month. If this doesn't align with your needs, then it's certainly not the appropriate plan for you.

A great tool
A great tool. I wish I had found it earlier. It will save you hours of work. It effortlessly transfers all the account sales data for Amazon and Shopify to Quickbooks.
