Being new to A2X and finding it overwhelming with all the postings and mapping, Jessica has been super helpful and patient with me. Having multiple calls and follow ups to help me have the right setup for my client.

A2X is a wonderful e-commerce automation tool that connected our Shopify, Amazon store with Quickbooks. After mapping & setup, the posting process is extremely easy. They have taken the stress out of the complexity of e-commerce accounting thereby saving a good deal of time. The A2X staff are friendly, knowledgeable and always available to answer questions. I love it and can't say enough about how this tool is saving time & stress at month-end closing.

A2X has been so easy to set up and have changed the way that I do my book keeping. Easily linking my Shopify account to my Sage accounting system. It saves me hours of work manually inputting my sales and easily configures the difference VAT sales and Non-VAT international sales. I had the support or Nora on a video call to set up all the mapping on A2X and many follow up e-mails where she talked me through everything. It was amazing customer service and I am very grateful for her friendly and knowledgable support.

A2X support team is awesome! They have hand-held me all the way through from fetching missing payouts for Shopify into QBO, to explaining all the facets of A2X and Shopify and how they work with QBO. It has been invaluable help and Andrea was there for me every step of the way. She's a gem of a person and so kind and patient to work with. I couldn't have worked through the whole setup process without her! The app seems to be working pretty well and will certainly save time on Shopify, Paypal and Stripe transactions getting into QBO. So far very pleased!

Amazing onboarding experience linking Shopify to QuickBooks Online. This is a good solution to properly map sales transaction data into QuickBooks if that's what you are after.

Generally I have been really impressed with A2X. We have been working together for 4+ years now and the platform continues to develop to drive automation in the eCommerce world.

Their customer service is especially great. They are always willing to jump on a call and walk through..not just send you a link and say 'go do it yourself', something that is really invaluable, especially if you are not an accountant or bookeeper.

If you grow though, it gets expensive!! You have been warned :)

I was assisted by Dolores today regarding an issue with several missing feeds that I required urgently. Dolores addressed my query within minutes and promptly resolved the issue. Within a short time, the matter was fully resolved. The team consistently provides excellent support and is always incredibly swift in responding to and resolving queries.

A2X provides the BEST support! They reply quickly, go above and beyond -- and have made working in Xero with A2X so easy. They completely take the stress out of accounting as I always know that if I'm stuck, I will have support to figure out how to do. As a newbie to accounting systems, I wouldn't have been able to do it without the customer support A2X gives.

I've been using A2X for various clients, and it has completely transformed the way I handle their accounting. The integration with Shopify, Amazon and eBay is seamless, and it automatically categorises all my transactions with minimal manual input, saving me countless hours of manual work. The accuracy and reliability of A2X are top tier, ensuring my client’s financial records are always up-to-date and error-free.

The customer support team are out of this world and cannot be faulted - head and shoulders above any other support team I’ve ever interacted with! Quick to answer, and will go the extra mile to fix a problem or assess a situation to high detail. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

We were a brand new company last year and started selling on Shopify platform. A2X has made it much less painful to handle the accounting/txns ourselves, and sync everything (including COGs) perfectly into QBO. We recently started selling on Amazon and am now enjoying the seamless integration.

The most important thing you can get in an e-commerce app however is excellent customer service when you need it. And I can easily say that A2X has done that the OH SO MANY times I've had to ask them a question. We are extremely happy to date with A2X and look fwd to growing with the app.

As usual, A2X service is superb. Today I had a problem with a couple of transaction mappings and I received an outstanding assistance service by a very professional girl whose name is Kim.
She helped me to solve the problem very quickly.
it's now more then two years I'm using A2X for my Amazon Seller account and Xero accounting software and I am more than happy to use this beautiful application.

A2X is a fundamental part of a successful ecommerce tech stack. If you or your clients are using Amazon, Shopify, Ebay, Etsy, and/or Walmart, A2X will streamline that data coming into QBO or Xero. The data is accurate, options can be customized to match your chart of accounts, and it saves a ton of time!
